My mother was a resident of Woodside Hall ten years ago and I was not impressed with it. However, having visited my friend since January 2017, I am very impressed with the difference of the Hall since it's refurbishment. It is clean, modern, bright, has lovely views and the rooms have good privacy too. The management and staff are friendly and courteous. It just gives me a feeling of confidence that my friend is being treated fairly and with dignity.

I find the staff very friendly, but the dispensing of medication has been an issue. The room is always kept to an excellent standard of cleanliness.

The management staff are always willing to help with any problems.

Nearly 3 years ago I helped a friend seek a care home for his wife. It entailed visiting a few homes and we both came to the conclusion this was by far the best. When another neighbour required care, she did not hesitate choosing Woodside. The word care is "Woodside" in all aspects and she is very contented.
