I feel that my dad is being looked after very well. And great activities for the residents. I think this care home just need to sell its good points a bit more.

My mum is very happy to be here and we, as a family are very happy with the way she is looked after. A very nice place.

Rosa joined Partridge House Nursing and Residential Care Home in March 2026, bringing with her more than 10 years of experience across nursing and residential care.
As a qualified nurse, Rosa began her career as a Staff Nurse before progressing into leadership roles including Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager. With a strong clinical background and a passion for person-centred care, she is dedicated to creating a safe, homely and respectful environment where residents feel comfortable, valued and truly at home.
For Rosa, understanding each resident as an individual is at the heart of exceptional care. She believes taking the time to learn someone’s life story helps provide the best possible support, particularly for those living with dementia. Supporting families and helping them feel reassured that their loved one is receiving compassionate, dignified care is especially important to her.
Outside of work, Rosa enjoys spending quality time with her family and going for walks along the coast.
