Excellent care. Top-notch. Staff wonderful, very friendly. Food excellent. Care is second to none.
Much appreciated.
Pleasant and helpful staff in dealing with all care matters - personal care and other help required. Very efficient in looking for missing laundry also. Room well presented.
We much appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback.
Best wishes.
I could not have received better care anywhere, the treatment I have received is second to none. All care and consideration have been given. The staff are very caring and nothing is too much trouble. I don't think I would be as well as I am without the care of the staff.
How wonderful to learn of your happiness. The team at Chatsworth will be very touched by your thoughts. Thank you.
My experience in this nursing home is very good. I was treated with great care and help. The staff were excellent. I was very happy in my stay.
Thank you.
An elderly neighbour of mine spent from late November 2022 to mid-January 2023 at the Victoria Chatsworth Nursing Home, recovering from an operation while a care package could be put in place. All the staff, carers and nursing staff, were all friendly, helpful and understanding of my neighbour's needs and, most especially, the senior nurses were marvellous with any help or information I needed with regard to my elderly neighbour's stay, medication and updates on how her recovery was progressing and also ensured they chased up the care package provider so that it was in place.
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
Overall care and attention are good. Two members of staff, in particular, are excellent. Most meals are excellent. Since losing the activity coordinator activities are greatly reduced.
Thank you for your kind support.
My husband loves it. It's so friendly and the care is second to none. Well done to all doctors, carers and staff.
Best wishes.
Because of a problem with my flat, I was here longer than expected. I could not have been looked after better by the staff. I was surprised that the owner did not visit to see all the residents as well. Thank you to all.
Best wishes.
I visit my grandmother regularly and I am extremely happy with the care she receives. The activities for December, for the Christmas period, is exceptional, the decorations, the way everyone gets involved. I would recommend this home to anyone. The carers are well presented, polite and my grandmother adores them.
Best wishes.
My mother is very happy in this care home. The staff are always pleasant and polite and willing to help in any way. Mum has enjoyed a trip to the church recently to see the Christmas trees and has enjoyed the activities and entertainment.
Thank you so much and I am pleased your Mother is so happy.
Kind, compassionate staff and patient. I don't know one staff member I could criticise. The food is excellent. The chefs are very kind and understanding!
Very much appreciated.
I have been very well looked after as an NHS rehab patient and well-fed.
My granny was so happy there. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Her last few days there were amazing. We feel incredible support from all the staff.
Very best wishes.
My experience as a visitor was good. I was welcomed with a smile and covid safety rules and regulations were adhered to with care. My friend was at Victoria Chatsworth for two weeks and made good progress with the help of staff and a visiting NHS team. Her only complaint was that one female member of staff was unkind to her when she rang her bell needing the toilet due to a urine infection.
Best wishes.
Excellent, caring, dedicated leadership and stay. Good food with individual needs catered for.
Kind regards.
I have had a nice time. Well cared for by staff and very good food from the chef.
I am pleased you enjoyed your stay and thank you so much for the feedback. Best wishes.
I was in quarantine for 10 days which rather spoiled my stay. The staff all did their best to help with the loneliness, but I found it difficult.
We are very sorry to read this and do understand how difficult quarantine can be but do make all residents aware of the requirements in advance of admission. We feel sure you can appreciate the need to safeguard everyone working and living in the home.
Our Mum was at Victoria Chatsworth for 14 months. We are really pleased by the way she has been looked after during the time she was there from the start. The staff have been amazing and given the circumstances with regards to covid, they have continued to care for her under very unusual and stressful times. The experience of the senior nurses was outstanding and they contacted us when they felt it was going to be end of life care and arranged for us to visit Mum daily over her last few days which meant so much to me and my sister, which allowed us to be together as a three to say our goodbyes.
We are so grateful for your kind words and the team at Chatsworth will be very touched. Naturally, we are very sorry for your loss but so pleased that you could all say your goodbyes. Thank you.
We only have good things to say about Victoria Chatsworth. The staff are excellent and show care and kindness at all times.
I am so pleased to hear how happy you were with Victoria Chatsworth. Thank you so much.
Throughout my stay, I have been given care and attention to the highest possible standard. the nurses and carers here demonstrated warmth, concern, friendship, and interest constantly and I have been enormously impressed by the depth of their concern and dedication. A wonderful group of highly professional people who clearly see their vocation as being of love, compassion, and tenderness. I will never forget them. Bless them all.
What a truly wonderful review and I am so pleased that you felt so happy. Thank you so much for taking the time to give the team this tremendous feedback, they will be very touched. Best wishes.
