I found my experience at Victoria Chatsworth to be excellent in every way.
It's much appreciated.
Although I was initially quite upset at having to go to Chatsworth rehab rather than go home, I quickly found it to be an enjoyable experience and what I needed therapeutically. The staff worked as a unified team, showing respect and warmth at all times. There was no point during my four week stay where I felt like a nuisance and really hope, should I need rehab again, that I get to return.
Made very welcome.
No complaints.
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback.
The kindness and care are amazing and the communication with me is very reassuring.
Thank you.
Fantastic experience.
Much appreciated.
Very good, everyone very kind.
Thank you for providing us with a five star review. Very kind.
Second to none from all staff.
Best wishes.
Had a wonderful experience here. Very friendly and helpful staff who give 100% attention. Topped off with some lovely food.
Thank you.
My experience here has been very good.
Thank you very much for kind feedback. Much appreciated.
The care given to my father in his final months was exceptional. The staff team were attentive, respectful and utterly supportive of both my father, with his complex needs, and us, his family. He so enjoyed their company and humour and we are so grateful. The whole team at Chatsworth are to be commended for such professionalism and empathy, thank you to them all!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, incredibly kind. Best wishes.
This nursing home is a lovely place to be, they are all so friendly and I have loved my stay here. I was lucky to get here. I would recommend this place to anybody.
Thank you.
All very good, excellent, no complaints.
Much appreciated.
My friend was well looked after and the staff were really good and my friend liked it here. There's not much more I can say, only that my friend knew that people here would help him.
Thank you so much.
Could not have had a better rehab at any other place.
Much appreciated.
The staff are absolutely lovely, always very happy to help with any little thing, they are very warm and caring and have made my stay here amazing!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chatsworth to anyone!
Best wishes.
I found, without exception, all staff were wonderful and very helpful at all times. Food and drink (e.g. tea and coffee) are available at all times.
It really matters.
Best wishes.
Well looked after.
What could we do to make your stay better?
My mother was placed here temporarily, awaiting a package of care, and although my mum can be very difficult at times, all of the staff have been so good with her. They have been very patient and she is very well looked after. The staff are extremely kind and compassionate and attentive to her needs. They are encouraging and very sweet with her. They are always happy to help and they communicate well with her and us, so her stay has been very smooth and good.
Best wishes.
I have been a resident at Victoria Chatsworth Care Home for several weeks (going home today). Without exception, each member of staff has been welcoming, supportive and it is clearly a 'family team' who complement each other. The commitment to high-quality service is evident, I felt very reassured. 10/10 and thank you.
Thank you.
All in all, a most pleasant and reputable care home - very clean too.
Thank you so much for offering such lovely feedback.
