My experience was reassuring and kind by all the staff both nursing and care. I have no complaints especially about the food which was more than adequate.
Much appreciated.
A big thank you to all the management and staff for all the care received by all of them. Some of them are exceptional. Thank you everyone.
Much appreciated.
I would very much thank all the staff at Victoria Nursing Home for taking such good care of my mother. Both in their professional medical responsibilities and more importantly in the every day care looking after my mother.
Thank you so much for awarding us a 5-star review.
Having been in Victoria Chatsworth from July to October I do not remember the first few weeks but after that when I improved I was very pleased with my room and the surroundings. The food was excellent and you get a different choice every day. I did not take part of the activities as that is not something I like but there was always a choice of activities. The staff were always friendly and very helpful and I miss them now I am at home.
Thank you for the 5-star review and we are delighted the experience was so positive.
My time spent in rehab in your care was very good. Everyone was so friendly, caring and helpful. Cannot thank everyone for making my time a pleasant experience when I needed it most.
Thank you.
Pleasantly surprised how clean and bright rooms, staff and nurses exceptional. Genuine desire to get my mother back to her home.
We are very grateful for your wonderful 5-star review.Thank you.
Staff were very friendly. I got a lot of confidence from the OT team helping with exercises. I would have liked cold water/fridge available to drink as water given was warm and not changed often enough during day which made it hard to drink enough. I think each room should have a small fridge in it so I could store cold drinks.
Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry that you had an issue with the drinking water and will raise this with the staff.
Most caring and helpful in my short stay.
Thank you so much for the feedback and I am glad you found your stay positive.
Like a 5 star hotel food great staff great.
Thank you for awarding us a 5-star review.Much appreciated.
I have never stayed in a care home, but it has been a very enjoyable experience. The whole package at Victoria Chatsworth is tops. I would recommend my time to any person having doubts. Many thanks to all. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for the 5-star review and support for care homes!
Welcoming, cheerful carers and nurses, always attentive and ready to help. Very professional and always ready to assist when necessary. Very knowledgeable and always willing to explain what was happening. 10 out of 10.
I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone I am to everyone. I am now able to go home. Many thanks.
Thank you so much for your very touching and kind review.
Caring and patient staff were encouraging, especially the physios greatly aided me to increase my mobility. Comfortable room and excellent food. Possibly, there could be more attention to explaining procedures when a resident first comes here and in preparation for leaving. Somethings learned only by asking.
Thank you for this very helpful feedback and we will endeavour to improve the admittance/departure procedures.
When I first came to this care home for rehab, I was in a great deal of pain and unable to bare weight on my foot. Over the last four weeks, thanks to the carers, nurses and physios, I am in a position to go home soon and I am so grateful to all for all the staff and hard work.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It is much appreciated.
I have received excellent care. All the staff are angels. Very kind and caring. Food very good. I will never forget my time here and hope to revisit when I am mobile!

My experience at Victoria Chatsworth was it had a very homely feel about it. Everybody was so friendly from the time I arrived until when I left. The staff made my wife feel so comfortable when she came, it was a pleasure for her to visit. There was never short of a nice coffee when she arrived would certainly recommend it.
Thank you so much for your lovely review and I am delighted you were happy.
Initially here for two weeks, then slightly longer. Care was good and majority of staff were very kind. Food was very good with choices. My mother did not wish to join in activities although these were offered.
Thank you for your review and I am glad you found the care to be good.
