Meals were nutritious and catered to my preferences.
Overall, my experience at Chatsworth was very good.
The staff and care is excellent, cannot find fault with anything.
Thank you for giving us such a positive review. Best wishes.
I don't need much care as I am pretty independent. I felt that they respected my wishes on this. There is no place like home though.
Thank you for your honesty and I am glad we respected your wishes. Best wishes.
Could not have wished for a better treatment (from all departments). I had chosen here as my temporary rehab! Thanks to all.
Thank you so much for your wonderful vote of support! Best wishes.
My cousin has been in the care home for 3 years. He is now 99 years old. During this time he has been at the home he has been extremely well looked after by all members of staff. I would highly recommend this home to anybody.
Thank you so much for your very kind words of support. Best wishes.
I have been very happy here and comfortable here. My room is delightful and the staff could not be more helpful. The food is good and varied and each week we have a range of interesting activities to pursue. Although I am here because of ill health I can't imagine that I could have been anywhere better.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. Very kind.
An excellent care home with caring and compassionate staff. No negative feedback. Mum was here for 8 weeks had an excellent service provided.
Well looked after by all staff especially cook. Very patient.
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your lovely review. Much appreciated.
Bell always answered. Attitude of night staff a bit peremptory. Overall a good experience and reception.
Thank you for your observations and we will ensure that your thoughts regarding the night staff are addressed in supervision and appraisal. Best wishes.
Having spent the last four weeks at Victoria Chatsworth I can only praise the excellent, hardworking staff who cared for me so well throughout my recovery period. Enjoyed my stay there, wonderful care given at all times in lovely and pleasant surroundings.
Victoria Chatsworth has been a good experience for me, all the staff and carers are caring and helpful and nothing is too much trouble which has created a good atmosphere and I am sure the good nursing skills have been contributing to the healing of the cellulitis wounds on both legs. There are also many activities which residents and patients can take part in to keep mind and body sharp.
I had my views of care home based on what I heard and my view was more about the aged and final places to go, it's true but I went there after going to hospital and saw for myself the warmth and care and just how we were treated by a very caring bunch of nurses and carers. I missed them all when I went home.
Staff - quality of care - found.
So grateful for the treatment my wife has received.
Thank you for awarding us a 5-star review. It's much appreciated.
Couldn't have had better care. Nursing home has proved invaluable in aiding my recovery. A lot of help and encouragement.
Delighted that we were able to provide you with a 5-star service. Thank you.
My aunt has stayed in this lovely care home for the past 3 weeks after being discharged from hospital for rehabilitation. She has been so well looked after by the staff and her rehab has given her the confidence to now go back home. Thank you to everyone for your love and care and also the delicious food.
I am so pleased your experience was five-star. Thank you.
I have been very happy here. Staff very helpful, I shall miss them all, will keep in touch. Food was really good. What more can I add?
A perfect review and very much appreciated by us. Thank you.
A revelation.
Thank you for your 5-star review across the board!
I was fortunate enough to be discharged from the hospital to Victoria Chatsworth and spent the best part of a month in a very pleasant room, which had been recently refurbished to a high standard. I cannot fault the staff for their attention. There was a high turnover due to holidays, but the newcomers were quickly assimilated into the routine by their colleagues. I spoke to several permanent residents who appreciated the activities which were arranged for them over the Easter holiday.
Thank you for your wonderful five-star review. Much appreciated.
I was welcomed warmly when I arrived at Victoria Chatsworth for rehabilitation for my mobility issues. I have always been treated with kindness and respect by all the carers and nurses and have been encouraged to be as independent as possible. The physio team has got me back on my feet by visiting me regularly and challenged and supported me in every aspect of my recovery so far. I would have liked to see more menu choices for a vegetarian, but the kitchen did work hard to accommodate this.
Thank you for your wonderful five-star review. Much appreciated.
From the moment my mother arrived, she was made to feel at home and very special. I have found all staff very helpful and professional throughout her stay. The room is spotless and modern. From the cleaner to the manager, everyone has been extremely caring. My mother has been cared for in a very dignified way. The chefs have a real passion for supplying healthy meals and choices. The care home must be one of the best. I have visited every day for two months. Well done!
Great news.
