Eastridge Manor specialises in the provision of EMI Residential and more recently EMI Nursing Care. This stunning Georgian and Victorian Country House provides the highest standards of luxurious accommodation. The home has recently seen extensive expansion and improvement. An entirely separate EMI Nursing wing called Blue Cedars has been added and comprises of 16 highly desirable bedrooms, lounge, dining room, wet room and assisted bathing facilities. The new wing also provides a fenced garden with raised planters and safe flooring allowing residents to enjoy fresh air when they desire safely and unaccompanied. The residential wing or Main House of Eastridge Manor has thirty seven rooms with en-suite facilities. The rooms are well appointed and offer every comfort and include a 24 hour call bell system providing both residents and families with peace of mind. Eastridge Manor is located in three acres of green Sussex countryside, and has extensive grounds and woodland walks. All the grounds are both safe and secure to ensure accompanied residents can make full use of them. Communal areas in the Main House include a large lounge with comfortable seating and entertainments. The first floor has another lounge and hallway seating area and a secured kitchenette allowing some residents to make refreshments at their leisure. Personal care is available 24 hours a day all year round. Visiting medical services include chiropodist, dentist, doctor and physiotherapist. A hairdressing salon is also available. The trained carers provide each resident with their personal care planning and ensure as much independence as possible. A varied, well balanced menu is served using fresh produce from local suppliers. Special diets can of course be catered for.

Staff are always cheerful and helpful, despite working in a challenging environment, with many residents being unable to express their wishes/needs. However, those residents who are very vocal and loud do get on the nerves of some of the other residents I have noticed.

All in all very pleased with the care my Partner is receiving, especially as his healthcare needs continue to increase.
