My husband has been a resident for 4 months now. Apart from his Dementia, he has other ongoing health issues. He is very well looked after and cared for in all aspects. The staff are all very caring, attentive and friendly towards residents and visitors. To know that he is in such a caring friendly place is a great comfort to me.
We have just completed a care plan review and were really impressed with the amount of detail that goes in to care. Gran is always happy since moving to Aster Grove Nursing Home and the staff are very welcoming. We particularly love the two activity doggies that visit the home.
My brother-in-law has settled in very well. The carers are very good with him as he has dementia and gets frustrated when he cannot remember things.
We attended the Xmas party which was well organised. The food was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the entertainment was very good.
This care home is amazing and we would recommend it anytime.
Thank you all.
My father was at Regency Court for 9 years, the staff here have always been kind to my dad and treated him with dignity and respect. When dad was terminally ill their end of life care was second to none. They sat and held his hand made sure he was always comfortable never in pain and always looking clean and smart which is never easy in the last days. Thank you all for making the last few weeks so much easier for me and dad.
In particular, the nursing staff are very helpful and know my wife and her needs very well and seem to want to make a difference.
The management needs to invest in the home as it has been run down for too long.
There have been very little improvements/investments since the previous care provider left.
Thank you for your kind comments. I will pass your comments on to the team. We have a very hard-working and caring team at Regency Court. We are making improvements to the home on an almost daily basis but the fabric of the building will require more extensive work. We are currently putting plans...
The staff do their best to assist and provide compassionate and respectable care.
It would be nice to see investment in the building and infrastructure such as air conditioning, painting windows and new windows.
Thank you for your feedback. We are making improvements to the home on an almost daily basis but the fabric of the building will require more extensive work. We are currently putting plans together to deal with the work required ensuring that we minimise any impact upon the wellbeing and comfort of...
The food is nice but I don't always eat much.
Two members of staff, in particular, are very good with all the help they give me.
The rear entrance/passage to the nursing/care home is, however, a disgrace.
It needs a clean and paint and is a very poor advert for visitors coming in that way.
Since HC-One has taken over the care home I have seen a marked improvement, I hope this will continue.
My Mum seems happy and settled.
The staff are very friendly and obviously care a lot about the people they are looking after.
I cannot fault the care and attention my mother receives.
The food is very nice and the kitchen is very flexible with my mother's dietary needs.
The home is an older building but this gives it atmosphere and character which is inviting and it feels like a real home, not like a new building which can feel too sanitised.
Friendly atmosphere, good entertainment and nice food.
We have found the care at Regency Court Care Home to be of the highest standard. Mum has been so much better in herself enjoying the entertainment, friends and the wonderful atmosphere. Mum is paralysed from a stroke but has been included in games and entertainment. We are so pleased to have found this lovely home.
After caring for our father for 9 years, it was a very difficult but very much needed decision to have to place him in a home. I have to say it was made so very easy with the help, attention and care from all the staff at Rosevale Lodge. From the very first visit looking for a placement to Dad becoming a permanent resident, the care and attention Dad received has made our decision the very best choice for Dad's needs.
Mum is well looked after by all the friendly, caring staff. She is treated with dignity and is always clean and tidy.
I find the staff at Regency Court to be very kind and caring to all my brother's needs.
I have always been impressed by the standard of care. He is very well looked after in all aspects. I have never seen any negative attitude from staff. They are very caring. I know this is what they are there for but they live up to their caring. Well done to all of them.
An absolutely wonderful home! Perfect location, fantastic staff team. They are so, so caring and friendly, nothing is ever too much. There is a new manager and deputy manager in place, having met both of them I can safely say I am very impressed. We have already seen some positive changes and their vision for Regency Court is marvellous.
Keep up the great work - should definitely be an OUTSTANDING home.
Having had experiences of many care home, this one is definitely the best. A real home away from home! Very warm and homely feeling - we visit regularly and I cannot find faults with the place. The staff are marvellous and have brilliant knowledge of the people they look after. We were apprehensive about s change in management but the new manager and deputy are excellent and focus is purely on the residents getting what they need and deserve.
If Mum is happy then we are happy!! Great home, Great Team. We cannot thank you enough.
