I would definitely recommend this home.
They look after my mother as if she were their own.
We were very lucky to have found it.
The staff have gone out of their way to accommodate my dad, changing his room, sorting his food, helping him when poorly. Always very friendly and helpful. They try and invite residents with different activities on a regular basis and have a variety of entertainment throughout the year. This is my dad's third home since his stroke in 2016 and has been here over a year now, it is the nicest and friendliest one we have seen. Definitely recommend.
The care home is always clean and tidy. My sister is well cared for and staff are very good to her and she can joke with them. She likes the food, my sister doesn't like eggs or fish, so she is always given something she likes. I am always welcomed here and a cup of tea and biscuit is given to me and my sister.
I visit Regency Court with my dog under the Pets At Therapy Scheme (I've been doing this now for about 18 months). I find the staff welcoming and friendly. The residents are well-cared for and there are many activities arranged for them. We are regularly invited to attend these. Visitors are welcome at all times - on my visit, there were at least 4 families visiting relatives. My criteria when visiting is whether my dog is happy - here he is totally relaxed and happy!
I would like to say it is very clean, good food, friendly staff, nice rooms and very friendly to patients and relatives with tea and biscuits when you visit. Would recommend the home to anyone.
Mum has lived at Regency Court for nearly five years. We have always been impressed with the high standard of care she has received. Over the past few months mum's health has deteriorated quite significantly, however, the kindness, care, love and attention she receives is outstanding. I know mum is happy and comfortable at Regency Court and speaking on behalf of all my family, we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for all you do for mum.
The home is always clean, my aunt's room is kept lovely ie dusted, hoovered etc.
Food is good.
I have to also state that the fact that the staff are mostly long-serving helps a great deal for residents.
I find they are all hard working and dedicated (honestly!)
Excellent- very helpful. The food excellent and drink. Always something to do. All the staff were very helpful and caring. Management very helpful- nothing was too much for them. My whole stay was really brilliant, could not ask for more.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear about your positive experience and appreciate your comments of our home and will share your comments with the home’s manager. The Bupa Customer Care Team
This home provided first class care from the nursing to the activities and a varied choice of well-prepared meals. The only negative was the poor location of my mother's room, very high windows with no outlook. But as a positive, it was a large room. Overall, the experience was good.

My sister who has cerebral palsy and has needed nursing of the past 4 years, has been incredibly well cared for by the staff. They are very friendly with her and us as a family and are very in-tune with her needs. We are made to feel very included as is my sister. We help as a family with outings etc. which gives us an opportunity to get to know the staff and residents better. We couldn't ask for more and are very grateful for the care and consideration shown to her.
This is the third Care/Nursing Home which has looked after my husband in the past 14 months and is far and away the best. I simply cannot fault the overall care and nursing care which my husband is receiving - all the staff - the manager and all the nursing and care staff are fantastic - friendly, approachable and quite unlike the experience I had with previous homes. It is so good and I cannot fault it. BUPA is to be commended for its quality of staff. I feel so fortunate that at last I have managed to find a nursing home which can deliver the care and support which my husband needs and deserves - I could not ask for more!
