All the staff, management, admin, nursing and care assistant, cleaners and kitchen staff are all very helpful and friendly. My father settled quickly. The staff have been helpful, friendly and efficient. The room is a good size and is kept clean. There is a good choice of menu but sometimes the food is not hot, which is disappointing. There is a good variety of activities and they seem well organised. The management team have been helpful and sympathetic. Taking everything into account I would say I am happy with my fathers care and would recommend this care home to others.
