My husband was in St Clements for a short time, but in that time he was looked after very well. The staff were very caring and respectful, they were very helpful to me and my family.

Carers constantly in touch with Mum. Her comfort always a concern. Room alterations never too much trouble to meet changing needs. Meals are nutritious, wholesome and interesting. The room is as homely as it could be and encourages a relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a hygiene without appearing clinical. Activities understandably limited considering great age and dementia, hence the "satisfactory" rating. This home is a very good place to be if needing their specialist care.

Overall Experience

St Clements is warm and a friendly nursing home. The staff are always welcoming to visitors and offer a hot drink. Mum is kept clean and tidy as a whole and always has drinks within her reach. The manager is very good and always approachable, she is contactable at any time. Since mum has been there they have got her out of bed and into a chair on most days, a vast improvement on the previous home.

Overall Experience

The home is run very well, not worried at all. The manager is always ready to help with information, the carers are very good at what they do for the residents. They are very helpful, well mannered and polite. I have not worried about my husband in the home at all, he has 24 hour care all the time. I like everything about the home and all the management and carers. Thank you.

Tracey WatsonJob Title:Hospitality Manager

My passion for hospitality started when I was very young, wanting to be "just like my dad". I studied Hospitality Management for my degree, and since then have had the pleasure of working in some fabulous hotels in the Lake District and the Cotswolds, before returning to Norfolk to raise my family. St Clements has such a warm and welcoming family feel to it, and having always pursued roles where I feel that I can make a difference, my hotel experience gives me the basis to be able to help drive the hospitality areas here to even higher levels. Family time is important to me, and in my free time, you will often find me on the sidelines watching my teenage sons competing at rugby and football.

I have a background in admin but went on to run my own business. When I started a family I decided to go back to admin to be able to have a better work - life balance. I love being a part of the team at St Clements. The residents and families are all lovely and make it an enjoyable place to be and no day is the same. In my personal time I love to spend days with my family and exploring Norfolk's wonderful coastline.

I worked in healthcare catering for 15 years before I joined St Clement's Nursing home. I am keen interest in caring, catering and serving people with different likes in food. I want to make food look good and tasty also want to help make special diets more attractive and introduce culinary medicine. I enjoy working with all the team members in St Clement's and their excellent service to all the residents.

I like sports, especially football and cricket. I was a football and cricket player previously, and managed 7 a 7-a-side football team for 10 years.
