I have no complaints. The staff are very good. Someone always come if I press the buzzer in a very short time.
The food is very good more if I want it. I have been very ill over the past three weeks with a chest infection but nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very caring towards me at
all times, they looked after me very well.
I would recommend anyone to come here it is very much a home from home feel.

The care and affection shown by all the staff members to my father and to all the family during the last few days before he passed away was excellent, and above what we could have expected.


During the eleven months my father stayed at St Clements Nursing Home he was always treated with care, love

and respect. We have nothing but praise for all of the staff.

My mother has been at St Clements for 2 months. When we brought her from London, she was unable to care for herself with severe dementia and aged 95. Now she has improved greatly and eating again. The staff at St Clements have been excellent, caring, professional and treating their residents with dignity.

St Clements Nursing Home is a friendly and well-run home. The staff are competent and caring to residents and family members alike. I have visited my mother daily for the last 4 1/2 years and in all this time the high standards of care and compassion have been maintained.

My grandmother was in this homes care for 2 years, she came from another nursing home locally - when she arrived at St Clements she was treated with kindness dignity and respect. She also gained good weight whilst as your home and enjoyed the food. Myself and my family always found the staff welcoming
and friendly.


During the last few days of grandma's care (she died at the home) the staff were fantastic and went over and above the standard and care needed. My grandmother died peacefully with her family by her bed and in a dignified pain-free way - thank you staff at St Clements.

This home manages to combine real compassion with professional care. The Manager is always available and all the staff genuinely care about the people they are looking after. My mother was treated with dignity and warmth. Our family is very grateful for the care she received particularly in her last

Staff are very caring. Probably a bit understaffed, but staff turnover is low, which is a great thing, as it means time to build relationships and they all know my granddad quite well.

My grandmother has been in St Clements for 18 months and is very content and happy with her care. She is treated like part of the family. All the care staff are friendly and compassionate to both my grandmother and her family. The home is clean and tidy with a good old fashioned home cooking which nan

Carers constantly in touch with Mum. Her comfort always a concern. Room alterations never too much trouble to meet changing needs. Meals are nutritious, wholesome and interesting. The room is as homely as it could be and encourages a relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a hygiene without appearing clinical.
Activities understandably limited considering great age and dementia, hence the "satisfactory" rating. This home is a very good place to be if needing their specialist care.

St Clements is warm and a friendly nursing home. The staff are always welcoming to visitors and offer a hot drink. Mum is kept clean and tidy as a whole and always has drinks within her reach. The manager is very good and always approachable, she is contactable at any time. Since mum has been there
they have got her out of bed and into a chair on most days, a vast improvement on the previous home.

The home is run very well, not worried at all. The manager is always ready to help with information, the carers are very good at what they do for the residents. They are very helpful, well mannered and polite. I have not worried about my husband in the home at all, he has 24 hour care all the time.
I like everything about the home and all the management and carers. Thank you.

I worked in healthcare catering for 15 years before I joined St Clement's Nursing home. I am keen interest in caring, catering and serving people with different likes in food. I want to make food look good and tasty also want to help make special diets more attractive and introduce culinary medicine. I enjoy working with all the team members in St Clement's and their excellent service to all the residents.


I like sports, especially football and cricket. I was a football and cricket player previously, and managed 7 a 7-a-side football team for 10 years.

I started working for Kingsley Healthcare 6 years ago as a laundry assistant and I am now proud of being the Head Housekeeper at St Clement's. I am a mum of four children, we enjoy spending time together and going out as a family. I like travelling when I can.
