Mum has been in St Clements for 5 weeks. We have no complaints so far. All the staff are very nice and welcoming and mum seems settled. On occasions, they seem short staffed but do their very best. We would have no problem recommending this care home.

St Clements is a lovely home. All the staff and management are always very friendly and caring and always go and do extra things for every resident, including my darling wife. I cannot thank them all enough for everything they do.

Well done to everyone involved at St Clements.

My mum moved to St Clements in May 2016 with multiple medical conditions. Care home staff were willing to be trained on CPD dialysis, where renal staff at hospital oversaw training and visited regularly. The care home staff made my mum feel welcome and helped her and her visiting family settle into her new home and new routine. My mum was only expected to live a few months before arriving in the care home but with their close observations, kindness, and patience and support of external medical teams, she surprised everyone by living far longer than expected. In her time there the staff made the last chapter in my mum's life as good as could be expected, and in many cases beyond expectations. Mum passed peacefully in July 2017.

I have no complaints. The staff are very good. Someone always come if I press the buzzer in a very short time.
The food is very good more if I want it. I have been very ill over the past three weeks with a chest infection but nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very caring towards me at all times, they looked after me very well.

I would recommend anyone to come here it is very much a home from home feel.

The care and affection shown by all the staff members to my father and to all the family during the last few days before he passed away was excellent, and above what we could have expected.

During the eleven months my father stayed at St Clements Nursing Home he was always treated with care, love and respect. We have nothing but praise for all of the staff.

My mother has been at St Clements for 2 months. When we brought her from London, she was unable to care for herself with severe dementia and aged 95. Now she has improved greatly and eating again. The staff at St Clements have been excellent, caring, professional and treating their residents with dignity.

My grandmother was in this homes care for 2 years, she came from another nursing home locally - when she arrived at St Clements she was treated with kindness dignity and respect. She also gained good weight whilst as your home and enjoyed the food. Myself and my family always found the staff welcoming and friendly.

During the last few days of grandma's care (she died at the home) the staff were fantastic and went over and above the standard and care needed. My grandmother died peacefully with her family by her bed and in a dignified pain-free way - thank you staff at St Clements.

This home manages to combine real compassion with professional care. The Manager is always available and all the staff genuinely care about the people they are looking after. My mother was treated with dignity and warmth. Our family is very grateful for the care she received particularly in her last hours.

Staff are very caring. Probably a bit understaffed, but staff turnover is low, which is a great thing, as it means time to build relationships and they all know my granddad quite well.

My grandmother has been in St Clements for 18 months and is very content and happy with her care. She is treated like part of the family. All the care staff are friendly and compassionate to both my grandmother and her family. The home is clean and tidy with a good old fashioned home cooking which nan enjoys. Nan feels safe and very happy.

Tracey WatsonJob Title:Hospitality Manager

My passion for hospitality started when I was very young, wanting to be "just like my dad". I studied Hospitality Management for my degree, and since then have had the pleasure of working in some fabulous hotels in the Lake District and the Cotswolds, before returning to Norfolk to raise my family. St Clements has such a warm and welcoming family feel to it, and having always pursued roles where I feel that I can make a difference, my hotel experience gives me the basis to be able to help drive the hospitality areas here to even higher levels. Family time is important to me, and in my free time, you will often find me on the sidelines watching my teenage sons competing at rugby and football.

Rebecca Busby Job Title:Home Administrator

I have a background in admin but went on to run my own business. When I started a family I decided to go back to admin to be able to have a better work - life balance. I love being a part of the team at St Clements. The residents and families are all lovely and make it an enjoyable place to be and no day is the same. In my personal time I love to spend days with my family and exploring Norfolk's wonderful coastline.

Ramanathan KalanesanJob Title:Head Chef

I worked in healthcare catering for 15 years before I joined St Clement's Nursing home. I am keen interest in caring, catering and serving people with different likes in food. I want to make food look good and tasty also want to help make special diets more attractive and introduce culinary medicine. I enjoy working with all the team members in St Clement's and their excellent service to all the residents.

I like sports, especially football and cricket. I was a football and cricket player previously, and managed 7 a 7-a-side football team for 10 years.
