We found the staff very friendly and caring to all residents. The building was very clean and well-maintained. The interaction between staff and residents and staff to staff was extremely positive. All visitors were treated very well and thoughtfully.

From the first day Dad moved in, he has received exemplary care from all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone seems willing to go the extra mile to make Dad feel at home, from the management, activities team, nurses/carers to the domiciliary/kitchen staff. The meals are presented beautifully,
with alternatives always offered. The whole ethos of St Clements is centred around providing excellent care and kindness to make each individual feel special. As a family, we thank them most sincerely for that.

A sophisticated nursing environment that feels like stepping into your own home. An elegant and relaxing communal lounge area where residents and their family members can unwind and look out on the beautiful garden area. A fantastic team of lovely, welcoming staff where nothing is too much trouble.
An enthusiastic, visible manager who takes time to interact with each resident, checking on their well-being and making for feedback throughout the day and engaging with family members. This home prides itself on cleanliness, care and attention to detail. Nurses are always on hand to give updates to relatives and provide expert medical care.

I had the pleasure of visiting my sister yesterday, who is a resident at St Clements. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were made to feel really welcome. We were immediately offered refreshments and were even able to stay for lunch.
We were both really impressed with the dedication and caring
attitude displayed by the staff and left with the knowledge that my sister and all the residents receive top-quality care. Thank you so much.

I am unable to live alone, needing support 24 hours a day, and St Clements provides the care I need in order to be safe and well. All staff are kind, caring and professional.

I am always welcomed by the staff during my visits, and they always seem happy.
The home is lovely and clean, and the outside gardens are taking shape. My friend is really happy and is enjoying the activities that are taking place. Having recently been to the home for the residents and family meeting
- a lovely, well-presented afternoon tea was laid on for us. The home manager has kept us up to date with the renovation works. Really happy with everything. I couldn’t wish for a nicer home and staff.

Gradually as the new construction becomes complete, the home is taking on increasingly what a real care home should comprise. This month the completion is now only a matter of weeks away, and we all are excited that the home will be standing on its own feet for the benefit of all. I sincerely hope we
can all benefit from what has been an incredibly difficult project.

Everyone at St Clements is so friendly and caring, always happy and smiling. It makes me, as a relative, much more relaxed about Mum's care and her daily life. Nothing is too much trouble. It is important to us that we feel content in Mum's care. Sadly Mum is unable to speak for herself, so a care home
has to anticipate her needs and requirements. I am happy to say I can rest assured that everything is being done to look after her in the way we would, if only we could.
Mum has recently moved into a beautiful new room which leads straight out onto the gardens, something which again is very important to her, as, before her incapacity, she would always be outside tending to her own garden.
The manager is wonderful, always on hand to update and ask questions, I never feel left out of the loop. She champions Mum's requirements as if she is looking after "one of her own". With regards to food, mMm is now peg fed, so I cannot comment on the food.

St Clements is a lovely home that is being refurbished. The new section of the home is nicely decorated, and the rooms are beautifully equipped with shower en-suite facilities. The home is clean and tidy and smells clean and fresh. When coming to visit my relative, I am always greeted by the staff,
who always have a smile. The nurses keep me updated on how my relative is, and I receive regular emails from the manager, who keeps us informed of any updates with the home. I cannot fault the care or kindness of the staff. We are so pleased that we chose St Clements; it is going to be a beautiful home when it is finished.

I'm amazed at how happy and settled my husband has been at St Clements House. All of the staff are so caring and thoughtful to his needs. It's taken such a weight from my shoulders knowing that my husband is being cared for so very well. The manager is always there to help me with any queries I have
and goes out of her way to include me in my husband's care and support. This makes me feel very secure. There isn't anything I can find fault with. The staff are polite, well trained and very caring.

Although my father was only in there a short time at the end of his life, the care and attention he received at this time were outstanding. He was washed, showered, clothes changed and made comfortable at all times. The staff were genuinely caring, kind and very friendly and accommodating. I was made
to feel welcome at any time of day or night, was always offered refreshments and even food. I thank God my father ended his life in that nursing home. Bless them all.

We have visited St Clements several times and have been struck by the helpfulness of the staff (at all levels) towards our relatives and towards us as visitors. Our relative is definitely treated as an individual with their specific needs and considered.
Our ratings are the fact the we experience
the cultural rather than the physical aspects of the home. We cannot rate the value for money because our relative is cared for on NHS contract - we assume.

I have been really impressed by the way the staff care for everybody, being on the receiving end myself, I am grateful for this care. The staff are friendly and caring and go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and have what I need. The care also includes people who work in the kitchen and
provide us with excellent meals going out of their way to tempt me to eat a little. I feel safe and looked after - my TV and walker have both been checked and fixed!

My family member has been staying at St Clements for two years, and in that time, the management of the home has changed several times to now a very happy, safe and well-run home. The renovations could be a problem, but the staff are working hard to control this to not upset or inconvenience residents
or their needs and the homely feel. Overall, I have always found my relative very clean, healthy and well cared for in a home providing good, varied food in a clean, well decorated and friendly surrounding with plenty of activities, lots of respect and smiles.

I have visited the home on a couple of occasions and have always been greeted by happy staff. My relative says that the staff are really lovely and caring, and the nurses are amazing. I am happy my relative is in this home. It's all about the staff making this a happy environment to live in.

I worked in healthcare catering for 15 years before I joined St Clement's Nursing home. I am keen interest in caring, catering and serving people with different likes in food. I want to make food look good and tasty also want to help make special diets more attractive and introduce culinary medicine. I enjoy working with all the team members in St Clement's and their excellent service to all the residents.


I like sports, especially football and cricket. I was a football and cricket player previously, and managed 7 a 7-a-side football team for 10 years.

I started working for Kingsley Healthcare 6 years ago as a laundry assistant and I am now proud of being the Head Housekeeper at St Clement's. I am a mum of four children, we enjoy spending time together and going out as a family. I like travelling when I can.
