I am the Activities Co-Ordinator for Heron Lodge. I am currently enjoying getting to know the residents. I have a vast amount of experience in the care sector, having previously worked as a Carer and Activities Co-ordinator, I really enjoy being able to fulfil meaningful moments and planned sessions and activities with resident including 1:1 time and group sessions. I enjoy the happy things in life. I am married to Robert, and we have 8 children, 5 girls and 3 boys, all grown up now, and they have given me 12 lovely grandchildren.
I am an aspiring chef with a strong passion for food, creativity and learning the art of cooking. I enjoy experimenting with flavours, seasonal ingredients and presentation to create dishes that bring joy and connection to others. My goal is to develop my skills in the kitchen, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a confident & innovative chef.
