I have no complaints about anything at this home. Food isn't always to her liking but think mother's diet or her like of food is should we say limited, but believe they go out of their way to please her. Staff are pleasant have outings pretty regular. Mother won't join in activites happy, to sit in her room. So all good.
Thank you for your kind words, its a pleasure to look after Mum
I feel the carers are very professional at their job. Very caring and cheerful. The management are very helpful. The place is very clean.
Thank you for your Positive words, it is much appreciated
My friend is adjusting to being in a care home but acknowledges that it is the best it can be in the circumstances. There is always a warm welcome, and guests are quickly attended to. The gardens, food and atmosphere all contribute to this lovely home.
Thank for your kind words, as a home we appreciate positive feedback
I go to Millbridge on a weekly basis. I find it a very clean and caring home at all times.
Thank you Kay for your kind words, we always look forward to your weekly visits
A very friendly and caring home that not only supports my husband but also family members who visit too. Everyone is on first-name terms, and kindness, dignity and respect are evident by all the staff, which makes for the excellent care needed for my husband's challenging care needs. I am very grateful for the peace of mind given to me, knowing that his welfare is taken care of by all of the team.
Thank you for the kind words, its always encouraging to get positive feedback
My brother was looked after in a professional caring way. All the staff were friendly and loving towards him and he was very happy in all the time he spent at the care home. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff members in all aspects of his care.

Lovely home, excellent care and support at all times.

The level of care and support my step father received was second to none. Every member of staff always showed kindness especially to mum and the rest of the family. We could not have asked for more support especially at the end. He was able to pass with dignity love and understanding. Thank you and love to all the Millbridge staff.
Thank you Anne for the lovely words, it was our pleasure for us to get to know you all
All staff were very welcoming. It was a very happy environment when nothing was too much trouble. The care my husband received was very good and the whole family was encompassed in their love and care.
Thank you for your kind words it was a pleasure to look after your husband and we all miss you
I entered the home as rather a run down poorly person and was restored over the following months to be well enough to leave. I contribute this to the all round care from the staff in the home. They are cheerful, which at times must be very demanding with so many residents with different needs.
In my case I cannot speak more highly of all the staff.
Thank you for your kind words, we are so happy that Mum managed to get home, she was a pleasure to care for we all miss her and yourself
My husband went to hospital after a fall at home in May 2023 and after a while they sent him to Millbridge - approximately 28 miles from where we live and as I don't drive I asked social services to find him somewhere nearer. He settled in well and truly appreciated all the care and support the staff have given him since his arrival there in November 2023. He died at Millbridge on the 14th of June 2024, and I shall ever be grateful to the staff there for all the loving care he received.
Thank you K for the positive review much appreciated, it was a pleasure to care for him.
Such a friendly, caring, homely care home. The management and whole team are always friendly, professional and take pride in the care they provide for their residents. Also keeping us informed, either over the phone or in person when we visit, on the welfare of my husband. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I could not recommend Millbridge Care Home more.
Thank you so much for your positive comments, it makes such a difference to the staff to get positive feedback.
My husband is very happy at Millbridge. The staff are absolutely wonderful without exception.
Thank you so much for the lovely review, it is a pleasure to look after your husband and we love your visits.

I find Millbridge Care home very nice. The staff always make us really welcome. My stepdad is always happy and he is always clean. His room is so comfortable. I have seen the dinners, they look very nice, lots of vegetables and good portions. The staff are so helpful and know everything about the patients. I am very happy with the care they provide.
Thank you so much for your kind words its always nice to get a positive review.
My mother is a resident who is blind, deaf and suffers with high anxiety and OCD. Mum is treated with dignity and always reassured she is safe. Staff encourage Mum to join residents in the lounge and support with any activities that mum can join in with. Food is always prepared for Mum with a plate guard and cut up. Staff assist with all drinks and meals by explaining what it is and where each item is placed. Incredibly thankful to all staff for the excellent care, patience and support provided to my mother.
Thank you for your positive comments It is always good to get feedback like this.
The staff at Millbridge are simply outstanding. They are professional, capable, kind and caring and knowing my mum was in safe hands gave us peace of mind at a time when we needed that most. We overheard them dealing with a very challenging resident in the care home and never once did we witness anything but respect and kindness. When my mum was nearing the end of her life, we were shown the utmost kindness with staff going the extra mile to help us through a difficult time. Great leadership has helped build a positive, caring culture radiating warmth throughout the home.
Thank you so much for the really positive and kind words, it really is lovely to get positive feedback and means a lot to all the staff.
We were unable to visit Milllbridge Care Bridge prior to Mum going in, due to Covid restrictions, and Mum would only agree to the initial stay of 2 weeks of respite care. From the moment we arrived, we were extended a very warm welcome and immediately felt at ease. Mum stayed at Millbridge for over 5 months and during that time she was made to feel part of their "family", and us too. She was given such loving care and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. When mum sadly died, she was given the ultimate respect and dignity and we were so fortunate to be able to be with her. The staff have since been a source of comfort to us and we know that Mum ended her life being loved and cared for alongside her own family. Thank you to each and every one of you.
Thank you for your kind words Julia, it was a pleasure to care for Mum and we all miss her and yourselves.
