We came to see our Uncle and the staff who were settling him were kind and friendly. He was generally happy but a bit confused having moved rooms and was looking forward to his clock and pictures being put on the wall. He'd enjoyed a quiz, doughnuts, and company at lunchtime. Friendly and welcoming.

My father has been at Catchpole since July 2023 and the care and support, dignity have been first-class. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff who have been looking after my dad have been fantastic and are a credit to your company. I would recommend Catchpole to anyone.

The family would like to thank all of the staff and the manager, who have been excellent and supportive towards my father, his care and treatment regime. The team were quick in liaising with other medical teams to support Dad's health as well as attending to the hospital. The manager is very understanding and caring. He kept us updated of Dad's health and well-being. We have received a warm welcome from him, he showed us around and is very knowledgeable and interactive with a good sense of humour and has demonstrated a holistic approach towards my father.

My wife was admitted to Catchpole Court Care Home, Sudbury on 4th November, initially for two weeks respite. The kind and attentive care she received was, from day one, excellent. Therefore, it was becoming obvious that full-time care was required and organised.

The staff are happy, responsive to the resident's requirements and, above all. they communicate!

Our mum suffered from Lewy body dementia and was in the Gainsborough wing of Catchpole Court Care Home from the end of 2020 until her passing at the beginning of October 2021. I speak for all our family in saying that the care she received in her final months was exceptional and that every member of the team showed her and us an abundance of compassion, love and support for which we'll be eternally grateful. We all think you are marvellous!

Mum was in Catchpole Court care home from July 18 to August 30 and was extremely well cared for. The staff were very kind and respectful to Mum and she felt very comfortable there. Also, the staff kept me informed of everything going on regarding Mum, they always phoned if there was a problem. A very kind, caring home.

Because of Covid, I didn't go inside the home.
