After 6 months of residing here, my father has improved considerably, his mind and persona are more compliant and he is the happiest that we have seen him in the past 3 years since our Mum passed away. This is down to the staff and management

I have nothing but praise for the way they are caring for my husband who has very challenging behaviour. The care, patience and understanding of all the staff including catering and management is absolutely wonderful to witness. They all need applauding for the work they do.

Our aunt has been a resident since 2013 and she is now 104 years of age. During that time she has received excellent attention both medically and pastorally. The staff and management have always been friendly, efficient and conscientious. The home is bright, clean and has a happy, friendly ambience.

Only ever a few minor problems, which were soon dealt with. Mums care was always good. Lovely staff who always put their heart and soul into their days work. The home was always clean and never smelt bad. We were always made welcome - Home from Home.

Very happy to see how well my aunt and uncle are being cared for. As a registered nurse myself, I was gratified to see my very poorly aunt beautifully clean, dressed in her own clothes with clean hair, nails etc.
My uncle who is very frail but very aware is treated with respect. He says the staff are very kind and attentive. Their room was clean, neat and tidy.

Well done Chilton Croft.

My mother was admitted to Chilton Croft Nursing Home in October 2017. She was in very poor health having been in a hospital for 7 weeks with a broken hip following a fall at her assisted flat. Since being in Chilton Croft her health has improved dramatically she is now eating well and is in good spirits. The care given to her has been excellent, the care home is clean, no smells and the staff are excellent giving her all the care required. We are very pleased we chose Chilton Croft.

My Mother-in-law has been in this home for a couple of months now and I have been very impressed with the whole service. The home provides a warm and friendly environment with so many extras to help people in often difficult circumstances. The many staff are extremely caring and friendly and treat the residents with a great deal of respect. Visitors are also made to feel very welcome at all times. Organisation is top class with plenty of staff keeping the rooms immaculate, being on hand for individual needs, offering a friendly chat and serving a daily varied menu. My Mother-in-law is very settled and I have found the experience very reassuring. Thank you!

I couldn't have wished for better care for my mother. She was treated kindly and caringly by very caring and friendly staff, in a dignified way. Everywhere was open to view and had a lovely homely atmosphere. I could visit at any time and was always made welcome. Nurses and carers were always helpful and ready to discuss anything with me. Mum was a resident for 15 months and once settled seemed very happy and content. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home to other people.

Chilton Croft welcomed us like family right from the start. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to speak to you. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and homely but spotlessly clean. My late father was only a resident for a few weeks but we can't fault his care, they made his last weeks very comfortable and he was very happy, calm and relaxed.

My wife has been a resident for 1 and a half years, she has advanced dementia and is virtually helpless. During her stay she has been treated with dignity and kindness at all times and the nursing care she receives is excellent. My family and I have been impressed not only by the care she receives but also the compassion and friendliness shown by all the staff.

We are happy to let her see out her latter days here as she is completely content in her surroundings.

My partner is just coming up to her third week in the nursing home after a stressful year in and out of hospital we made a choice to come to a nursing home. The transformation of my partners condition has not to put it lightly been none other than amazing. The staff from the management and through to the others has been exceptional. Nothing is too much and all needs are covered in a caring and friendly manner. The food décor and atmosphere is excellent. It gives me great pleasure to have painted this picture.
