Thank you for doing a great job looking after Mum - you are always friendly and helpful, and I feel she is very well looked after. I feel the staff have made an effort to get to know her and help her feel comfortable.
Thank you for taking the time for leaving a review for Stanton Court Care & Nursing Home; it's lovely to hear that you think we are doing a great job of looking after your mother. It is our pleasure to care for her as part of our family here at Stanton Court.
We attended both the Summer and Christmas parties, and it was great to see the interactions between the staff and residents, as well as observing the staff working as a team and enjoying their jobs.
Mum moved to the home during the pandemic, and the staff ensured that we were able to settle her as well as we could within the regulations; they were also keen to enable families to visit safely and as soon as possible as restrictions were lifted.
Sadly Mum passed away recently, and they were very kind and supportive to us all during her last few days.
We would recommend Stanton Court, so once again, thank you to the staff.

I was very pleased that I was able to get an elderly couple into Stanton Court, one from August 2021, and the other from June 2021. Over that period, they were treated with the greatest of respect. The care and help they were given were truly remarkable. I can't praise the staff and management enough for all they have done for my friends, especially the patients that they had daily with very difficult circumstances. It was a pleasure for me to deal with the staff, and I was impressed by their service of duty and commitment.

It was a privilege to care for your husband as part of our family here at Stanton Court during his last weeks. I will pass your kind words on to our staff team, and please accept our condolences at this sad time for your family.
I cannot commend Stanton Court enough. On our first viewing, we knew this home was the best for our mum, who sadly had to leave her home in the North West. We had viewed several in our area. The manager and her team excelled our expectations in every way. Sadly Mum was only there for three months. We wish it could have been longer. The care she had in her final time of life was exceptional, and all the support all the family were given. The nursing home provided a family atmosphere, warm, clean and a home from home feel. The meal choices tailored to each individual was excellent. Activities were second to none for those who could participate. A heartfelt thank you to you all. A five-star nursing home in every way.

The staff are great - I feel confident that my mum is in safe, caring hands, which means a lot at any time, but has been particularly important during the pandemic. The home has always been responsive to any suggestions or queries regarding my mum's welfare eg moving her to a different room when one became available. Finally, the company running the home has taken a very safe and sensible approach during the pandemic.

In this relaxed atmosphere, carers give superb attention to the individual needs and wishes of residents, nursing staff give first-class treatment and cooks produce delicious meals. A quiet quality behind everything, inspired by the wonderful management whose humanity and kindness shines out like a beacon, and who, even through a raging pandemic, has never faltered.
My sisters and I couldn’t be more grateful and delighted that our beloved Mum has happily settled here for the last chapter of her life.

Health issues well-cared for on an individual basis.
They cater to many specialised illnesses as Dementia, Parkinsons and end of life care.
The home is always clean and tidy.
Residents seem to be satisfied.
TV and activities daily.
Covid has had a big impact on visiting, but they have to go along with government guidelines.

The staff at Stanton Court baked a birthday cake for my mother for her birthday which we all very much appreciated.
Mum has settled in well and is happy at Stanton Court, she enjoys the company of the staff and they are always very friendly and accommodating to her needs.
Stanton Court has done the best they can do in dealing with Covid-19 allowing visits when possible in a safe environment as possible.
I currently have no issues with the running of the care home they are in constant contact with me updating on any issues that may have arisen during the last 9 months.
Sadly due to Covid restrictions, I am unable to comment fully on the exact care and surroundings as I have not been given a tour of the care home.

My father has been a resident at Stanton Court for well over a year and is happy as Larry. My father’s happiness makes me happy and confident that he is being looked after well. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful and clearly have my father’s best interests at heart. Thank you and keep up with the good work.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Stanton Court Care Home it is lovely to hear how happy your father is, it's a pleasure to care for him here at Stanton Court.
The staff at Stanton Court have been amazing over the past year in the way they have cared for the residents. They have organised activities to try to compensate for the fact that residents have not always been able to see family members and above all, kept cheerful in what must be very difficult circumstances. I am very satisfied also with the way I've been kept informed about visiting arrangements both by the home itself and by the parent company, Country Court Care.
Thank you for taking the time to review Stanton Court Care Home, we are very pleased that you are happy with the care we provide and our communications throughout the pandemic. We will pass your kind words on to our staff team and hope that we can welcome you back to our home soon.
My brother and I have been delighted with the compassion and care offered to Mum since she arrived at Stanton Court. The home was recommended by an agency at the BRI who was organising her care plan and we have never doubted that this was the right choice. Mum became a resident at Stanton Court just one week before the lockdown in March 2020 so our only regret is that we have been unable to enjoy the freedom of ‘normal’ times, visiting freely and meeting all the staff overtime without masks and PPE. Nevertheless, it was so encouraging, especially during the summer months, to see pictures of Mum joining in with activities such as seated skittles in the lovely garden and showing everyone how to pot up tomato plants! We have no doubt that all the staff at Stanton Court have Mum’s best interests at heart and we can relax now, knowing that she is so well looked after.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Stanton Court, we are delighted to hear how pleased you and your family are with the care of your mother, it is a pleasure to have her as part of our Stanton Court family. We hope that it won't be too long before we can welcome you to our home again.
I must say all the nursing, caring and admin staff in my experience of this home are amazing. How they look after my mum is 100% first class and the admin staff are very responsive and helpful, I cannot compliment them enough.

The family feel very blessed that Mum is being so beautifully looked after by all at Stanton Court. The home is run very professionally in all aspects be that the medical / care or the administration. All staff that we, as a family, have dealt with are incredibly efficient, helpful and very friendly - Mum really is being looked after so well with huge care and respect. Stanton Court feels like a true home as soon as you arrive and it is clear that is how it is run. The home is always sparkly clean and has a wonderful homely atmosphere where both your loved one and family/friends are welcomed as part of an extended family. On top of all the outstanding care, the building is gorgeous with grounds to match which adds massively to the overall 'feel good' factor.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Stanton Court Care Home, it's wonderful to hear how happy you are with the care at our home. It is a pleasure to care for your mother.
Our dear mother has been at Stanton Court Nursing Home for nine months now, it was the hardest decision that we as her family had ever had to make. We were recommended to Stanton Court by a lovely lady who was providing personal care in Mum's own home. The manager looked after Mum and supported us fully through the transitional process and has continued to be there to help in any way she can. All the staff are lovely and very caring so we know that when we cannot be with Mum as much as we would like in these difficult times we have peace of mind that she is being well cared for in a loving and compassionate way.
Thank you for your review of Stanton Court Care Home, we appreciate all comments and feedback and will pass your kind words on to our staff team. It is wonderful to hear how happy you are with our care of your mother and we hope you will be able to visit very soon.
Having viewed some care homes for Mum, the family all agreed that Stanton Court was the place for her and over two years later we have never doubted our decision. Mum settled in very quickly and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere at the homemade it a pleasure to visit. Sadly, mum was taken ill in November of this year and with COVID restrictions our experience could have been very different. However, from the moment it became clear to staff that Mum’s health was deteriorating we were informed and, following very strict hygiene rules, were able to visit her in those last couple of weeks and be with her when she died. The nursing staff and carers looked after her and I will never forget her final moments when they were there to make her as comfortable as possible. As a family, we cannot thank them enough for all the love and care they gave her.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review for Stanton Court Care Home, please accept our condolences for the loss of your mother. We are pleased to hear that you have been happy with the care of your mother throughout her time with us, it was a pleasure to care for her.
A massive thank you to all of you, it’s very much appreciated by the whole of my family members.
I look forward to seeing you all again very soon.
Thank you for taking the time to review Stanton Court Care Home, we are very pleased that your mum is so happy with us and I will pass your kind words on to the care team. We appreciate your taking the time to review us.
Stanton Court take very good care of their residents. Mum had a lovely room with en-suite facilities, home-cooked meals, activities to enjoy with others and she settled in quickly. The staff really care about their residents and Mum was looked after as if she was one of their own family. I would definitely recommend Stanton Court to anyone needing support & nursing care for a loved one.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate your kind words and positive comments, I will ensure that they are passed on to the staff team here at Stanton Court.
We selected this nursing home for the people, and our decision was validated throughout Mum's all too short stay. From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel this is a true home. Many staff have been there years and their compassion, empathy and caring is self-evident. The food is good home cooking and was adjusted to Mum's specific needs.
The home and grounds, whilst secondary, are beautiful and continuing investment in the property is being made. However, it is the compassionate care that is key - and that they have in spades.
Thank you.
Thank you for your review, we are grateful for your very kind words and I will be sharing your comments with all of our staff team at Stanton Court.
Mum soon got into the routine and the family were reassured. The care mum received was compassionate and caring and it's clear that many of the staff enjoy their work and this was reflected in the attention mum received.
Many thanks to all at Stanton Court.
