Meadowcare Home works hard to ensure residents and their families are fully involved with the process of moving into care. The compassionate staff understand making the decision to move into a home is a difficult one and ensure the individual needs of each resident are always met.

An individual care plan is created to help get to know the resident and details of their life history. The home provides specialist Alzheimer’s care and care for those with behaviour that can challenge.

Overall Experience

They cared for my wife who suddenly became unwell, as she broke her hip and had early dementia. She was cared for at Meadowcare and right from the start her every want was cared for. Her Alzheimers was handled with respect and understanding. The staff also kept an eye on any problems that might develop, like getting out of bed in the night. My wife needed a special bed with sides to keep her safe. There is also lots of daily amusement and stimulation for the residents.
