After two years plus my mother died at Bonaer Care Home. During her time there she became a popular resident with all staff. If I had to choose a care home again it would be Bonaer all the way. She was loved by kind professional people who cherished her and tried to help her through the most difficult of times. They even put up with me whose main mission was to make sure that mum got the best. I needn't have worried!
Even in the best care homes they sometimes make mistakes or something slips through that shouldnt have been. The beauty of Bonaer is they listen, and make sure it doesnt happen again. Thats comittment to providing the best.

If you are currently looking for a home for your precious person go talk to them at Bonaer - you couldn't do better. And no they havent paid me to write this! I would go further and happily talk to anyone who is currently searching for that home that is, in my belief, heads above the rest. What are you waiting for - just give them a ring!

I would like to say how happy I am with the care my mum receives at Bonaer. She has been a resident for over two years and I am and always have been, very happy and confident with the care she receives. We visit her regularly and always receive a warm welcome from the staff, nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

My mum is happy and settled and gets on well with the staff who care for her which is obvious to see when we visit.

Mum has been at Bonaer now for just over 2 years and is always looked after in a very caring and respectful manner.
All the staff definitely go the extra mile to make her stay as comfortable and stimulating as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble, the staff are just lovely.

We visit Mum regularly and are always impressed with the warm welcome that we receive and also the feedback we get about Mum’s ongoing care.

Have found all the staff welcoming, friendly, helpful and happy with nothing being too much trouble for them.

Dad has only been there a short while, but he is very comfortable and is being looked after extremely well. Banter with the staff has helped him settle in. Bonaer is in a very convenient position with parking facilities.

I know my husband is safe and happy now. He likes the routine with the nursing home. The food is good and he has what he wishes at times. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I love the gardens, they are kept lovely, which makes such a difference.

My mom was a resident at Bonaer Care Home. She was always very happy. The staff thought the world of Mom and she was fond of everyone at Bonaer. She had three happy years there and nothing was too much trouble. It was home from home for Mom and she made some lovely friends and so did my husband and I.

During Mom's final days, they were very supportive, providing us with meals and comfort. Mom's last day, although sad, was filled with love and laughter by all the staff. Thank you, Bonaer, from the bottom of our hearts.

A safe and home from home, for my dad. All the staff take the time to support his difficult needs and engage with him throughout the day. The home is clean, safe and secure. The daily activities are stimulating and appropriate for the residents. Love the updates on social media.

My dad has been at Bonaer Nursing Home so far for just over a year, and I can hand on heart say Bonaer are fantastic and I feel extremely lucky that he was placed there! I was the sole carer of him for many years, and it has taken me a long time to 'let go', but Bonaer have been a massive support to not only my Dad but to me as well! I know he is cared for, and all his needs are met! They have amazing staff, who are kind, friendly, patient and understanding, even in sometimes difficult situations! I can not thank them enough for all they do! My Dad has lots of fun with all the activities and enjoys the range of food and drink offered. I would highly recommend Bonaer Nursing Home!

Our Aunty was a resident of Bonaer Care Home for just 6 weeks before passing and in that short time, she was treated with great dignity, sincere care and warmth and the staff grew to genuinely love her, indeed, two members of the team even attended her funeral which we found extremely touching (and will stay ingrained in our memories). For these things we are truly grateful and would not have wished our Aunty to be anywhere else but Bonaer Nursing Home. We, ourselves, were equally treated with real genuine kindness and love. Thank you
