Our care fees are subject to a preadmission needs assessment which is a requirement of admission, so the Home can fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. The prices quoted are weekly and for guidance only. They will be confirmed following a full assessment. Respite care may be offered and is usually 10% above the permanent care fees, subject to availability and will depend on an assessment of a person’s care needs.

My parents moved in together and have been so happy in the time they have lived there. All of their needs are taken care of and nothing is too much trouble for any of the kind staff. Everyone is warm , welcoming and any requests that we have made have been accommodated. The whole care home is a clean, bright, airy and well maintained home from home. Mum has been able to use the hair salon and, at last after years , has been able to get her weekly hair appts back into her routine! Her nails are next for an overhaul! As an extended family group , we were able to celebrate a 4 generation Mothers Day all together this year and with a wonderful three course lunch in the restaurant. Mum and Dad could not be happier there and I could ask for no more.
It is heartwarming to see the devotion they have for each other and to hear how proud they are of their family. We are so happy that they chose to come to Cadogan Court.

Sadly Mum died in July and Dad was supported in his grief. His life ended in hospital on October 4th and again all the staff supported me. They are genuine carers and team leader is wonderful.

Everyone working in Cadogan Court is very friendly and caring. The option to use a restaurant, dining room or lounge for meals - not to mention your own bedroom - makes my mum feel she is on holiday. There are always staff available on her dementia ward should they be needed.

I had to make one of the hardest decisions in my life and put my mum into a care home. Cadogan Court was my first choice and it definitely didn't disappoint me. The staff and team are so lovely and they have made my mum feel so welcome and she is so happy, nothing is too much trouble for them. It's a lovely modern building, very clean, tidy and so welcoming. The whole care home is run with a real professionalism and understanding for the resident, making the experience feel that this is your home. Sadly, Mum passed away at Cadogan, but the end of life care was exceptional. Both myself and my wife will be eternally grateful and would not hesitate in recommending Cadogan as a top care home.

The home tries to offer a programme of activities but at times this has been very limited and if staff are not available to take Mum to the activity she cannot attend. Mum therefore spends most of her time alone in her room which she finds monotonous.
