My stepfather was admitted in April 2016 for palliative care. All the staff and management were excellent and I cannot praise them enough. My father passed away and during his last days, he was treated with dignity and genuine caring by the staff. The food was excellent and "home cooked" and regardless of whatever time his family visited we were always offered a cup of tea/coffee and a slice of homemade cake. We could if so desired have a meal. I cannot express enough my thanks and appreciation to the brilliant, caring staff.

Having visited the home and seen how staff had got to know about his "interests" and interacted with him we were reassured, we've seen how over the months staff are there when they're needed, and always do their job well, with a really caring attitude, and I notice residents always look really well cared for!! we are always welcomed and well catered for when we visit. Even though we are upset about our sons illness and we know it will progress, we know the staff (now friends) will be able to attend to his needs, and this is a real comfort to us.
