Very friendly home. All the staff are very welcoming and any problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Residents are treated with compassion and carers are genuinely interested in every resident. The food provided is excellent and individual needs are always catered for.

Whenever I visit my father, he is well presented and in good spirits. All staff are very attentive and the premises are always clean. Christmas Lunch at the hotel, staff were exceptional.

I was at Dove Tree when the residents and care team returned in 3 minibuses from the Christmas Lunch - everybody was in high spirits and had all clearly enjoyed the day greatly. And, you're quite right - we are very lucky to have a team of exceptional individuals at Dove Tree House.
