Comfortable, caring home. Very kind, pleasant staff. They make us feel welcome and are attentive without being intrusive. Mum especially appreciates the outdoor space and is often there with her "regulars". We couldn't have wished for a better place for mum.

My mother has been in Dove Tree House for the past six months. I'm happy with her care, the staff and management are all friendly and helpful. My mind is always completely at rest as my mum is happy and being well cared for. It's spotless too.

My relative has been well cared for at Dove Tree House, the staff are friendly and approachable, and take time to talk to me. There's a very good atmosphere at Dove Treee, it's well decorated and bright, a good range of activities too. Overall, my experience of Dove Tree House has been very positive,

Dad was referred to Dove Tree House by the NHS for rehabilitation following discharge from hospital. On leaving hospital he had compromised mobility and visual defects along side his Parkinson's disease and required regular physiotherapy to help him get back on his feet again.
All the staff were friendly,
compassionate and caring. They made necessary adjustments to be able to support Dad during his recovery period. As relatives, we always felt very welcome to visit and the staff soon recognised us. The home was always clean and tidy and had a happy atmosphere. Staff wear clear name badges so it is easy to identify them and their role within the home. Phone calls were answered in a friendly and efficient manner.
Dad enjoyed his period of care at Dove Tree House reporting that he enjoyed the food, he participated in many activities and enjoyed social time with the other residents .
We are grateful to Dove Tree House for providing such excellent supportive care for Dad this spring.

My dad had a short stay at Dove Tree. The place is very clean and there was always very happy feel. I felt that my dad was very safe there. The staff are wonderful.

I feel that Dove Tree House are proactive in their work with my dad. When I ring in I always feel listened to. If there is something that can't be sorted in one phone call, I have always had a recall. The home is clean and in a good state of repairs. There are activities each week which are varied to
try and suit all the residents needs. Dad enjoys his food and says its good. Dad loved his sport and it would be nice if he could have sports channels on his TV in his room. Would be nice if he could have some trips out in the minibus Dove Tree has use of. This would be good for mental health.

With regards the the sport on TV - we have found that a number of residents now have their own sports subscription services. The televisions in our rooms are all smart so can access the homes WiFi so are able to log in to these services. It's lovely to read that your dad enjoys the food and says it is good. Yes, with the better weather we are looking forward to seeing the mini bus used more often this summer - we have also recently had success in finding a driver - this has been particularly difficult of late and a great frustration to us all! I visited a lady who I used to support in her own home, recently she was moved into Dove Tree House. I can say that since moving here she is a different person. I found her smiling laughing enjoying life rather than feeling excluded as she used to be. She was telling me about all the games that the
residents/staff do. Although she is not my family I believe she is finally happy. Thank you.

The care home always gives you a warm welcome when you visit it dos not matter whoever opens the door it is always a friendly smile. l have always found the staff caring and loving to the residents they go above and beyond what they need to do. It stems right from the Manger, Deputy Manager right down
to the care workers. Praise should also go to the cleaners as the home is always very clean. The activities they do with the residents is very good and varied. At meal times they always get a varied menu.

We couldn't be any happier with our experience with Dove Tree House. The staff have all been amazing and our mum is very happy there.
The assistant manager has been outstanding with is help and support with Mum entering the home.
All the staff we have met and have helped with our mum have all been
outstanding.
Our mum is very happy and settled which is a huge relief for us, her children.

This was her first stay in a care home and as such a strange experience for her. The thing that stood out for us was the genuine care and concern shown by all the staff and management. When she arrived she was very confused when she left the confusion had gone.

Our dad was with Dove Tree House for only six weeks, but he was loved, cared for, and supported wonderfully during this time. As a family, we could not or would not have wanted him to be anywhere else. We too experienced nothing but kindness and support from everyone at Dove Tree House. The management

My dad, who is blind, has been very happy at Dovetree House over the last 18 months where he is well looked after. Staff are pleasant and helpful. I have noticed significant improvements in the service offered in the last few months.

Mum had been a resident of Dove Tree since June 2016. She had dementia and this not only impacted her memory but her mobility as well. The Dove Tree team were amazing with Mum and the other residents from food choice to their care, to activities, to the lovely garden and visitor pod they developed during
Covid which is now used when the hairdresser visits.
The team kept us informed of how Mum was doing and notified us of anything we needed to know - it was like having an extended family.
Sadly Mum passed away in January but even that super sad event was made easier by Dove Tree. They cared for Mum so well and looked after us! In mums final days, she was never alone when we weren’t with her and I can’t tell you how comforting it was to turn up in the morning or after nipping out to get a quick bite to eat, to come back and see one of the team sat with her. I will never forget it or them. I can’t speak highly enough of Dove Tree and its wonderful team (past and present).

So glad we found Dove Tree House for my brother. He has been cared for to the highest standard and treated with dignity. The home is clean and tidy and everyone is happy and smiling, staff and residents, which says a lot to me. Thank you to the manager and her staff for taking control and the weight
