Thank you sir, we are very grateful for your kind words
Very kind words, thank you, we are pleased our care is excellent.
We are genuinely disappointed you felt this way about our care home.
I understand your frustration with the manager of the home, however, your review does not accurately describe the home or its services to residents and families as if you recall you have never set foot in the home. I am therefore disappointed that you describe Knappe Cross as a poor care home on the basis of one meeting that did not turn out the way you wanted or expected. Care providers as you know are under a lot of pressure to follow government guidelines and protect their residents during what proves to be one of the most challenging times in the health and social care sector.
We wish your father our very best and hope he will be cared for to the highest standards that will also meet your expectations. I wish you had asked your father if he wishes to move out of the care home prior to making this decision for him.
