I have been visiting a long-term friend who has been here for a couple of months and can't help but admire the care and attention given to the residents, nothing seems too much trouble. I have never visited a residential home with the cleanliness of Wisteria House. The nice thing that struck me on my first visit is the fresh homely smell. The residents all seem very happy here. Ten out of ten to everyone!

Since arriving I have been treated wonderfully. The staff are all very helpful, cheerful and caring. The facilities are very good and comfortable. I have had no problem with the cleanliness, it's always clean with plenty of clean towels etc. As for the food - excellent I cannot complain as I've enjoyed all the meals and if there was anything I didn't like, live Liveer I was soon offered other options. I will recommend this place. The staff are so patient and helpful.

Although my mum was only at Wisteria House for a few months, that was enough to see the care and dedication shown by all members of staff in all aspects of the home. Mum was treated with the utmost care, dignity and respect but the support was not only for Mum but also for myself. That will always mean so much to me as this allowed me to be my mum's daughter not just her carer. Thank you so much to all the Wisteria House family.

The home is well-decorated, warm and clean. Staff are excellent, approachable and always assist. Communication is very good with the family of residents and I am constantly updated by the staff if there is an issue. Always made to feel welcome and I can see that staff and residents have a very good rapport.

Overall Experience

I have from first arriving at this home felt comfortable safe and secure. All the staff are approachable, caring and friendly, I have noticed how very caring the staff are towards the residents. Wisteria House is well presented, extremely clean, the food presented is very appetising. When my wife first arrived at the home I was concerned if she would settle, my wife regularly informs me she is living in a wonderful hotel where everyone is kind and caring, she has all her womanly needs attended to, hair, nails and clothes washed. She also enjoys the therapy sessions, visiting different external pubs, garden centres etc. The management and staff ensure the residents participate where they can to give maximum fulfilment.

Overall Experience
Wisteria care home is a vibrant and clean environment for our mum to reside in. The staff are always smiling and having a laugh with the residents. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are always asking if anything is needed. The stimulation mum is receiving is brilliant with different activities each day. We

couldn't wish for her to be in a better environment. Well done Wisteria!

Overall Experience

Wisteria House Dementia Care has a phenomenal service of providing a safe, appropriate and caring environment for residents that are treated like family. There is always positivity. The staff are happy and this transmits to the residents. Praise is plentiful. The carers really do care. The home is bright, joyful, stimulating, clean and warm. Specialising in dementia care is extremely important with this cruel disease. The owner and management team ensure the residents are happy and reduce any anxiety for the residents and their families. If only the owner could provide a national service. Each and every member of staff is wonderful.
