All of the staff in the home are so kind and caring. I love the fact that they play music from the 60s to remind the residents of their younger days. The food looks good too. My dad's needs have changed a great deal since entering the home and they've adapted seamlessly.

Since my dad has come to stay in the home after a stay in hospital, he has settled in so well and loves the staff. The staff and management have been so friendly and helpful. Dad said the food is lovely and he is happy there, which makes us happy.

Whilst apprehensive about being in a nursing home for the first time all my fears have been put aside. I have received kindness and understanding from the moment I was wheeled inside it is truly like home from home but that little bit extra. The staff care and it shows in what they do makes a big difference to my recovery so I can concentrate on why I am here and that will come in time. So many thanks to everyone.

My mother is well looked after as she rehabilitates from a broken hip. She is very happy with the care she receives from staff and physios. She is certainly not going to go hungry as there is plenty of food at mealtimes. Not forgetting the cups of tea with biscuits/cake in between meals. Not an easy job but well done to all the staff.

First overall buildings, gardens, parking, good impression. Room No. 2 cracked basin and in need of decoration. Staff, this is what you do, but no control over dementia patients who roamed freely all hours into the room and around the home. Food of average quality cooking/taste poor. Most times too much food. Cleaners idea was to clean around and not to move anything. Some staff idea of toilet waste disposing is not hygienic! Serious matter causing injury to my father. Reported verbally, letter to follow up.

The staff were caring and friendly.
The decor and facilities are kept to a high standard, clean bright and airy rooms with TV.
Food looked good, put in some request, this was dealt with promptly.
I would recommend Three Corners, it gives you peace of mind that your loved ones are cared for.

A huge thank you for all the kindness and dignity you have given over the past year.

Wonderful care from kind people, who have high standards. My aunt spent her last years here. I live many hundreds of miles away so it was hard to visit and knowing that she was safe and being looked after by kind people was very important.

I was in touch with her by phone and I was only able to visit infrequently but in the end, she did not come to the phone. Instead from time to time the staff would call me if anything significant was happening and I was very involved at the end including talking to staff and her GP by phone on her last night. By the time she died, the care home staff were her only real friends. Everyone else had passed away. By all accounts, she remained feisty and argumentative. She was probably challenging to look after but they were always positive and unfailingly kind. At her funeral, there were three mourners - me and my sister, and one lovely senior person from the home, who had cared for our aunt for years. Thank you so much.

This is a very good nursing home from all respects. Has a very friendly atmosphere about it. My Mum is being looked after very well as she now has more advanced Alzheimers and can be quite challenging at times. She enjoys the meals, which are of a very good standard here. I visit very regularly and usually find her happy, except when her illness affects her. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Would recommend Three Corners without a doubt.

I would like to thank all the staff for looking after my mum in her last few months.
I live in Spain but visited regularly, nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with swiftly and with genuine affection.
On my daily phone calls, someone always kept me up to date and I spoke on the phone every week.

Thank you once again.

My Mum was welcomed to Three Corners in December 2014 but sadly passed away in August 2018. In all that time the standard of care and attention did not waver from being excellent. I can confidently say that her stay there prolonged her life substantially. I do not have anything negative to say about Three Corners, only praise and I would highly recommend them.

Welcoming, cheerful and friendly staff. A very caring place to spend your days when you are no longer able to maintain an independent life in your own home. The meals are tasty and well presented. Nothing is too much trouble for the nurses, carers and office staff who work here.

The service user since being in the care of Three Corners has just been left to lay in her bed day and night. There was little or no attempt to provide physio to strengthen her core.

The TV isn't in a place that she could watch it or even hear it. She isn't facing out of a window. The activity sheet didn't show what anyone had even chatted to her for days. Her fingernails were so filthy for the second time we noticed. The bed had faeces on it.

We are sorry to see these concerns expressed and it is very unusual for us to receive such comments. Many of the comments had been discussed previously with the reviewer and various changes made including moving the bed to face the window and see the TV. A physio was seen on 24/05, 27/06 and again...

I would highly recommend this nursing home. My nan is a resident there, I could talk a lot about the different things they do, but in the end, you judge a place on how well my nan is looking and how she is in herself. Before she went into the home her health and wellbeing wasn't good and she didn't look too good. Now, with their care, she consistently looks much better, her wellbeing is much better and she is able to interact in a positive way with myself or my son or dogs when I bring them. The staff have remained the same over a long period of time and are always welcoming which is a good sign. There is lots going on there and my nan spends time in the day room which is positive as she was previously quite shy. My family and in particular mum do not have to worry about my nan knowing she is well cared for. Thank you.
