At Avon Reach, there are no specific visiting hours, all that is asked is that visitors let the home know they are in the building by signing in on the iPad in Reception, if outside of Reception hours, just ring the bell and a member of staff will enable the visit.

Thank you for your kind comments about the excellence of care at Avon Reach and the courtesy and dignity shown by staff. Regarding the amount of time staff can devote to feeding and supplying drink, please be aware we put a great deal of effort into appreciating and acting on the different needs that everyone in our care has. I understand you do like to come in every day and assist your wife personally, something we of course support. At other times, however, staff will provide assistance with food and drink. Our staffing levels are regularly acknowledged as being among the best in the care sector but I would encourage you to speak directly with the Home Manager if you feel your wife needs further help.
