Silverways is delightfully set in landscaped grounds of one and a half acres in a quiet residential area of Highcliffe on the Dorset coastline, close to Highcliffe Castle, Mudeford Beaches, Quay and Christchurch harbour.

The home has 2 floors with access by lift to the upper floor. The home is well equipped to provide nursing care of the highest standard with registered nurses on duty at all times.

We must single out two staff members in particular, you are both absolute stars. You set the tone of the care home with you happiness and drive

Excellent care home. All the staff made Silverways a safe, warm and caring environment for my father. It is not the most modern / plush home but this is not what counts - it is the staff, entertainment, food and the overall welcoming feeling of the home. We were delighted my father lived at Silverways
- he was really comfortable and happy. I cannot recommend it highly enough

My mother has lived in Silverways Nursing Home for almost 2 years.
She has been loved and respected throughout her stay. The staff are so caring and considerate and the meals are 1st class.
It's a bright, beautifully spacious home and kept immaculately clean daily and welcoming to all visitors.
I
completely recommend Silverways to anyone with an ailing parent or family member.
They will be cared for with the utmost respect amd dedication.

We were so glad we chose Silverways for my brother's end-of-life care and so was he. He loved his room and the attention and care from the staff, nothing was ever too much trouble. The establishment has had a wonderful refurbishment and the facilities could not be better. The focus is on care rather
than profit and that makes a huge difference.

My first visit was to see my Aunt who is a resident. I took my Dad as he is also in a home (which is the best in our area and has the highest recommendations). My first impression was how organised, efficient, friendly, and fond the entire establishment was. My Dad after 3 subserve visits has relocated
here and loved it (I'm delighted to be able to say!). Much more space and room than his previous home and cheaper too. Highly recommend.

My Mother-in-law has been in Silverways for four weeks but so far we are extremely pleased. The staff and manager are extremely helpful and friendly to both residents and visitors. There are numerous staff on duty and a lot of activities which residents are encouraged to join in.
Her room is good and
the only reason we scored satisfactory is it is one of the smaller rooms. However, she has been provided with an 'air mattress' and it is very clean.

My dad has been very well looked after and treated with care, kindness and dignity. The staff are very patient with him and encourage him to join in activities. Dad loves the food at Silverways, and nothing is too much trouble. His room is comfortable with a nice outlook, and the home is very clean.
The gardens are well-maintained, and the residents can sit outside. All of Dad's needs have been well managed, and I am extremely grateful to all of the staff.

My father has settled very well and the staff have been outstanding with him. Always a friendly welcome from the receptionist, care team, activities lady and managers.
The home is spacious and airy and feels very welcoming.

I can fully recommend Silverways Nursing Home for its efficient care, very friendly staff, cleanliness, good food and most importantly, a feeling of being in safe and caring hands at a time of vulnerability. There is a 'family' feel. This is my second visit for respite care and there is no doubt I would

I'm here on respite. I was met with a warm welcome. I have a nice comfortable room, I join in most of the group activities which are well-led.

My mother has been a resident at Silverways for approximately eight years. During that period the standard of care has been excellent. All of the staff treat her with great care and dignity.

Choosing a nursing home for a loved one can be a daunting task, but I can wholeheartedly say that the care provided to my father was exceptional, and I recommend Silverways wholeheartedly.
My father was a resident here for ten months, and the level of compassion, dedication, and personalized attention
he received surpassed our expectations. What truly sets this facility apart from others we inspected was the genuine and loving care extended to Dad, balanced with keeping our family informed about any changes in my dad's health or care plan. They proactively engaged in discussions about my father's needs, ensuring that my mother was always part of the decision-making process.
I am immensely grateful for the outstanding care provided by the entire team at Silverways. Their unwavering dedication and genuine love for their residents make it a place where families can have peace of mind, knowing that, in our case, our beloved husband/father was in the best hands possible.

The staff here are so caring! During a very difficult time they were all both calm and truly respectful. The ambience and atmosphere was wonderful, the whole of everywhere was immaculately clean and we were always greeted with a smile. All needs were perfectly accommodated for and the food was exceptional!
We were offered tea/coffee each time we went in which was every day and any questions we had were answered honesty and with compassion. We simply couldn't have wished for a better place. Laughter was met with laughter and tears were met with comfort and support. An absolutely amazing place which none of our family can fault in any way.
