My first impression was how organised, efficient, friendly, and fond the entire establishment was. My Dad after 3 subserve visits has relocated here and loved it (I'm delighted to be able to say!). Much more space and room than his previous home and cheaper too. Highly recommend.

Her room is good and the only reason we scored satisfactory is it is one of the smaller rooms. However, she has been provided with an 'air mattress' and it is very clean.
