Both my parents are residing in Windsor Court Care Home under the care of a fantastic team of carers, they are thoughtful and lovely people, they all find the time to talk to and spend time with my parents and fulfil their needs on all aspects. I'm very happy for my parents to be in this particular care home where I am comfortable knowing they are looked after very well.

The team at Windsor Court are amazing. As always, professional, respectful and caring and treating my mum as the special person that she is.
It is so reassuring to know that my mum is in such safe hands and so well cared for by every single member of the team. The team all played their part in making sure that my mum has fun and feels a sense of belonging to such a special community.

Words can’t really describe how grateful we are.

To everyone at Windsor Court - words cannot express how deeply grateful our family are of how you are caring for dad and keeping him safe and shielded from the awful things that are going on around the world. We will forever be indebted to you. The fact you have taken the time to arrange video calls so we can speak to him is amazing.

The manager has gone above and beyond recently in helping us to sort out some deeply personal issues we had around dad and we can’t thank her enough. Dad went through a terrible time before arriving at Windsor Court and struggles to settle easily. It is a testament to all the staff how well he has settled and looks on them as his second family! Everyone is so lovely and nothing is too much. In these worrying times, it is fantastic to know everyone is pulling out all the stops to keep the residents safe! They have selflessly put the resident's safety above their own and all deserve medals! Thank you so so much once again and please stay safe!

My mother had a short respite at Windsor Court. Mum was treated with care and dignity throughout her stay. They covered all Mum's dietary needs, the food was A*, all the staff were caring and it felt like home from home for Mum and her visitors. We cannot thank you enough.

Windsor Court has given me a 'home away from home'. Staff and management all come together and creates a family feeling. There is not much that bothers me and if there is, it is normally dealt with promptly. Myself and all other residents all receive good quality care at all times.

I started visiting Windsor Court about 8 years ago when my husband's great aunt became a patient. She could be very stubborn and awkward but was always well looked after and treated with respect right up until the end. I still regularly visit as I became very friendly with another patient whilst visiting my husband's great aunt. I am always let in by a smiley member of staff and the lunch I enjoy once a month is always delicious. All the staff treat the patients with respect and the social events and entertainment I have been to are well appreciated. I look forward to my visits to Windsor Court.

Arrival without prior arrangement and musical entertainment taking place in the lounge. As usual, home is clean, tidy and well staffed, latter engaged with residents during the entertainment. The resident I was visiting was happy and joining in. As always the staff were pleasant and helpful. I think the residents here are lucky to have found this place. The only negative being that at the time of my visit a lot of items of clothing had gone missing!

Fantastic home! Couldn’t have asked for a better home for my dad. Initially, I was very wary, as Dad didn’t want to be there and was very anxious (due to his dementia), he had a period of being very stressed and sometimes verbally aggressive to the staff. They took it all in their stride, calming him down and keeping us informed when they thought it was necessary.

Everyone there from the handyman to the chefs, care staff, cleaners, manager, is so friendly and open, nothing is too much for them and my Dad gets the best care from everyone. They even put up with his dodgy sense of humour!

Dad asked this week how long he was allowed to stay at Windsor Court. We told him ‘for ever’ and he was so happy. That is, in my opinion, the best review that this home could have.

I became familiar with Windsor Court Care Home when my late father-in-law was placed there.
As a result, I placed my own father there and he has received similar good treatment.
The management are always responsive to concerns and the staff are helpful. The food is excellent.
In the past, the home has experienced some problems but now they are resolved with new owners.
Despite all the problems that old age care involves, I have always felt that my father was well looked after.

If I have had any worries these have been dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.

My mother has improved in many ways since becoming a resident at Windsor Court. She was having palliative care being turned regularly. Now she is knitting, reading and taking part in all activities. Her ulcerated leg has healed after eight years. The family believed her to be dying. She is like a new person now. The manager is amazing with her and all other residents. The staff are first class. I know my mother is safe and extremely well looked after.

Katherine FeltonJob Title:Registered Manager

I joined Windsor Court as a Senior Care Assistant but within the year progressed to the role of Duty Manager and have now taken on the role of Home Manager, completing my registration in July 2024.

I was inspired and passionate about end-of-life care by my Nan who I cared for at the end of her life. It’s especially important to ensure the emotional side of this journey is very special for everyone concerned and involved and to ensure people receive the best possible care and the utmost dignity when they pass.

I really enjoy working at Windsor Court, I work with a great team where everyone helps each other, there is very good communication and we are just like one big family. The training provided is very good and I receive great support from the entire team.

I have worked at Windsor Court since 2023, but with all the wonderful residents, families and colleagues I have gotten to know, it feels like I have been here much longer.

Since the moment I first stepped into Windsor Court, it broke my preconceptions of what a care home is. It was a warm, friendly environment, I instantly felt welcomed by the staff and residents.

In my role at Windsor Court, I support the Home Manager with daily tasks such as supervisions, staff training and carrying out pre-assessments for potential residents. I also provide support to the team on the floor, helping residents with personal care tasks and supporting with medication administration.

I am so grateful to the management at Windsor Court for enabling me to progress and grow into my current role as Support Manager.

I have been a member of the Windsor Court care team since 2023; however, it feels like a millennium because of the bond that we have developed as a team. In May 2025, I was promoted to the role of Care Manager. Daily, my role at Windsor Court has me working with stakeholders from diverse entities. It is both challenging and exciting to be part of a team that strives to make each and every service user receive the best care. I administer medication to the residents. I interact with other health care professionals; this may involve advocating for our residents so that they receive the best care.

Easily my favourite part about my job is interacting with residents and their relatives. I am fascinated by the wonderful lives they have led. I have the pleasure of being their friend and carer, and I get to hear a lifetime worth of memories and lessons. The teamwork at home is fantastic; I work with wonderful people. Their desire is to share knowledge and experience in a judgment-free zone.

I first joined Windsor Court in February 2022 in the role of Health Care Assistant and within 6 months I was promoted to Senior Care Assistant. I love the family feel at Windsor Court and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others. My job keeps me busy administering medicines to residents, liaising with GP teams and nurses, as well as ensuring the residents’ care plans are kept up to date. No two days are the same at Windsor Court and that variety in my day-to-day experience is something I really like.

I enjoy working with the team at Windsor Court, they are a group of such passionate and caring people and we work well together as a team. I relish in the opportunities provided by Windsor Court and Beritaz Care to progress in my career and develop my skills, it is a wonderful place to work.

I have been a part of the Windsor Court team since November 2023. My role at Windsor Court is Senior Care Assistant, and my career has centred around caring for others for much of my life. At Windsor Court, I am able to spend lots of time with the residents and have lots of interactions with them each day.

My role as Senior Care Assistant is to provide care for our residents, administer medication and to help the residents with their personal care. Safeguarding our residents is a main focus for my role. I also work with the residents to make sure they are taking care of themselves and establish if they need any additional support with things like fluid intake, personal hygiene or oral care. Because of this, I find communication is important in my role and building good relationships with the residents is key.

I have been working in the care team at Windsor Court since August 2022. I moved to the UK just before starting the role. The management at Windsor Court and Beritaz Care were wonderful and really helped me to settle in after my move. Joining the Windsor Court team was like finding a new family in another part of the world. I felt welcomed straight away.

I have been working within the care industry for quite some time, having worked in care homes in Africa before I moved to the UK. Working with the elderly and helping those who cannot help themselves is my passion. I feel good knowing I have made a positive impact on someone’s life. I enjoy having the chance to get to know the residents, spending time chatting and interacting with them, and providing any emotional support they may also need. Seeing how well all of the staff and residents communicate with each other is something I really appreciate about working at Windsor Court.

I have always liked looking after people, knowing I am helping others and making their lives better. I have been a part of the Windsor Court team since March 2025 and really enjoy my job as a Care Assistant.

I very much enjoy what I do; my job is focused on looking after the residents and making sure their needs are met. I have enjoyed having the chance to get to know the residents better. I like listening to their life stories; we have so many interesting conversations, and I have learned a lot from them.

I have found Windsor Court to be a great place to work. It is a very professional work setting, and the home is very well organised. They have created a very friendly and welcoming environment. The team are all great, I am fortunate to have great colleagues to work with each day.

Bibin Scaria
Bibin ScariaJob Title:Care AssistantJoined: 2022

I have been part of the team at Windsor Court Care Home since 2022. I was drawn to the care industry because I wanted a career with purpose. Knowing that my everyday actions, whether big or small, directly enhance someone's independence, dignity, and wellbeing is what inspires me in my role within the care team. In 2026, I was nominated for the Unsung Hero Award at the Dorset Care Awards and was named as a finalist.

As a health care assistant, my daily job involves providing compassionate, hands-on care to help our residents feel comfortable, safe, and supported. A huge part of my role is offering emotional support, whether that’s sharing a conversation or simply being a friendly face to offer reassurance when someone is feeling anxious. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a resident smile, knowing I am helping them to feel safe.

Through the meaningful relationships I build with the residents, I get to learn who they are beyond their care plans. Every resident has a lifetime of incredible stories and wisdom to share. They all have such a unique sense of humour, and taking a few moments during the day to listen to their stories or share a joke means the world to them—and to me. Seeing their faces light up when I walk into the room, knowing I have made them feel safe, respected, and truly heard, is the most fulfilling part of what I do.

Hi, I have been part of the activities team working at Windsor Court since November 2018. Previously, I worked at another care home managed by Beritaz Care for 2 years.

Applying for an activities organiser's role was a whole new career for me, using skills from my previous life, knowledge and experience. I feel privileged to provide a variety of activities to support resident’s individual interests and hobbies, no two days are the same, and the greatest gift is seeing the residents happy, I am truly able to say I have the best job!

I am part of a team and organisation that really cares about one another, the support and training you receive is very good. If you feel you are ready for a change in career you couldn’t choose a more supportive organisation than the Beritaz Care Group to work for.

My role at Windsor Court involves overseeing the domestic team at the home, who are responsible for making sure that our residents have a clean, tidy and sanitary environment to live in. This includes tasks like checking and cleaning all the rooms in the home, doing the laundry, ironing residents’ clothes and delivering them to their rooms. I am also responsible for checking the COSHH-covered chemicals that we use for cleaning the home and ordering the chemicals as they are needed. These are just some of the tasks I do every day at the home.

I first joined the Windsor Court team in November 2018; it was my first job in the care industry. I have made so many great memories in my time here, getting to know the residents, being involved in the summer parties at the home, and helping to shop for gifts for the residents at Christmas. I love being a part of the Windsor Court team because everyone is so nice and kind to each other; I am lucky to work with such a wonderful team. My favourite part of my job is being able to interact with the residents, it is the affection I feel for the elderly people in the home that makes me so happy to work in this field.

I joined the team at Windsor Court in August 2022 as Administrator. Before taking on this role, I had worked for over 6 years as an Industrial Engineer across the manufacturing sector in Venezuela. Although I had limited experience and knowledge about the care industry, my life was forever changed after my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2015. This event really inspired my interest in the care industry and my decision to pursue this role.

I was fortunate to find a great opportunity at Windsor Court to grow professionally as well as personally. Working within the home has given me the chance to support others, helping them to live a fulfilling life, as well as utilising my skills and knowledge from my previous life experiences.
