The staff and management are very caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The activities ladies work very hard to entertain the residents in the communal lounge.
My wife transferred from a residential care home to The Magna Care Centre one year ago. She is a lot happier now obviously due to the excellent room and surroundings, the friendly care and attention she receives from the nursing, care and activities personnel.
The staff were kind and thoughtful. The care home manager gives excellent advice. The facilities were excellent. Anyone considering a care home should put this place at the top of their list.
We are always made welcome and offered refreshments. When we telephone reception, they are always courteous and pass on our messages.

I find this home to be very good. The staff are extremely kind and considerate. Having needed medical care when I first came here (8 years ago) I found this to be first class and am now able to live a nearly normal lifestyle.
Overall Magna Care Home is excellent, mum has settled in really well.
