Thank you for your review and positive comments regarding our home and staff who work hard to deliver high standards of quality care at all times. We pride ourselves on the resident experience and take comments regarding food standards and refurbishment seriously, as it does not reflect the usual positive feedback we receive. We are interested in learning more about your father’s experience and will contact you shortly to discuss the matter further. I have been a qualified nurse for 39 years and have worked in various hospitals, the community, and care homes. I love supporting people who live with dementia, as well as all of the relatives and team.
Working in activities, I know my role is vital in supporting the resident's wellbeing. I love watching them take part in the activities and seeing the smiles they bring to their faces.
I have been at Mill House for over 15 years, I love providing the best service to our residents, relatives, visitors, and the team. Mill House is such a nice place to be.
I’m honoured to work with our team to make Mill House a vibrant, compassionate, and forward-thinking home that enriches the lives of our residents. In my role, I am dedicated to building strong, lasting connections with both our residents and the local community, fostering a sense of belonging that empowers each person to live authentically and celebrate their individuality. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported, helping residents continue to be who they are while staying active and connected.
I am also the first point of contact for families and individuals beginning their journey to find the right care home. I understand how overwhelming this process can feel, so I am here to listen closely, provide guidance, and address any questions or concerns. By offering empathetic support and clear information, I strive to make this transition as smooth and reassuring as possible, helping families feel confident in the decisions they’re making for their loved ones.
At Mill House, we are committed to supporting not only our residents but the entire Chipping Campden community.
Louise is our Home Manager at Mill House. Here’s a little bit more about her:
“I lead my professional Care Team in delivering the highest level of care and support for our residents. My commitment to professional development has equipped me well for my role here, where I work hard to ensure that those in my care lead happy and fulfilling lives, whilst maintaining choice over the care and support they receive.
I believe in maintaining strong relationships with residents and their relatives, and understand the important contribution that these relationships make to the successful running of a care home.
I feel that the Aria Care philosophy matches up well with my own beliefs on care provision, and I am committed to ensuring that all our residents continue to receive the high levels of care and protection they deserve.”
