I am an experienced Registered Home Manager with over 30 years in the health and social care sector.

I joined Northleach Court 18 months ago as Deputy Manager and, following my progression within the service, I stepped into the role of Registered Manager in January 2026.

I am passionate about delivering high standards of care and ensuring that all residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred support.

I take pride in leading my team to provide a positive, respectful, and supportive environment where both residents and staff can thrive, a place where we can call home.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong commitment to quality care, continuous improvement, and maintaining a culture that promotes dignity and respect at all times.

Outside of work, I am a proud parent of two children and enjoy spending my spare time. I like to travel and enjoy attending the theatre.

Leigh-Anne brings over 10 years of extensive experience within both nursing and residential care settings, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence across all aspects of care provision. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of senior management roles, developing a wealth of knowledge in leadership, governance, and regulatory compliance. With a proven track record in supporting and leading inspections, Leigh-Anne has consistently ensured that services meet and exceed required standards. She is highly experienced in staff management and development, fostering positive team cultures and empowering colleagues to deliver high-quality care. Leigh-Anne is deeply passionate about providing person-centred, dignified care and is dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and nurturing environments for residents and their families. She leads by example, inspiring those around her to uphold the highest standards and to always place the individual needs and preferences of residents at the heart of everything they do. In her role, Leigh-Anne works collaboratively with management teams to oversee the smooth running of services, ensuring effective use of resources, maintaining compliance, and promoting continuous improvement across all areas of care.

I’m Nune, I’m a Business Administrator at Northleach Court Care Home. I’ve been working here since 2025 and specialise in keeping everything organised, supporting compliance, and helping the home run smoothly every day. I’m passionate about doing my job to the best of my ability and making sure our team has the support they need to provide excellent care to our residents. I love working at Northleach Court Care Home because of the warm, welcoming environment, the amazing team spirit and knowing that the work I do makes a real difference.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and staying active by going to the gym and exercise classes.

I’m Mihaela, and I’m a Senior Nurse at Northleach Court Care Home, where I have proudly worked for the past two years.
I am deeply committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and always place dignity, empathy and respect at the centre of my practice. My goal is to help residents feel comfortable, supported and truly at home, and I strive each day to make their lives meaningful.

I am passionate about supporting staff members, fostering a positive team culture, and encouraging best practice in clinical care. I take pride in mentoring colleagues, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality care delivery across the service.

Hi, I’m Darius, a Registered Nurse at Northleach Court Care Home. I’ve been part of the team since 2016 and have experience in dementia and end-of-life care. I’m passionate about helping residents feel safe, comfortable and at home, supported by our friendly team. I love working at Northleach Court because our team always puts residents first.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending time with my family.

Ruben is our Head chef with many years of experience. He is very passionate about the food for our residents.

He is responsible for the highest standards for Environmental Health Food safety and hygiene standards.

Ruben is preparing 4 weekly rotating menus to provide a variety of hot and cold nourishing meals and snacks for our residents and he always ensures that all allergies are catered for and IDDSI standards are met where necessary.

He provides a variety of food and is well-balanced to meet all diets of our residents.

Christina and Jenny are our lovely Activities people. Christina and Jenny spend a vast amount of the day with the residents participating in activities for them and keeping them stimulated.

Christina and Jenny have got a good knowledge of their likes and dislikes therefore ensuring a good variety of activities to suit all our residents’ needs.

Christina and Jenny organise daily activities for our residents. Activities are mostly multi-sensory oriented to help residents living with dementia increase their concentration and communication.
