Thank you for taking the time to write your review of Immacolata House. We aim to provide a service that meets residents' and loved ones' expectations; therefore, I apologise if you feel that we have fallen short on this occasion, with regards to the food.
I have discussed with the kitchen team at Immacolata House and can confirm that we do offer cauliflower cheese every Sunday, and a ploughman's on a Wednesday. Also, the menus are different on a fourteen-day cycle with three different choices each meal. Changes are and can be discussed at relatives' meetings.
I hope this response covers all of your comments, however, please don't hesitate to discuss further with the home manager, Sue Stephens.
All the best.
