Thank you for your kind remarks, we are glad you have been happy with our service for these past years.
It is good to hear that in the main you feel the staff team are good or excellent. We have fed back your comments to the agency regarding your view of their employees moving and handling techniques and training. Please, would you report any specific concerns that you note during your visit at the time so that the nurse in charge can deal with it promptly?
We do aim to have someone in the lounge areas, however, as you can appreciate at times they may need to assist someone and therefore may not always be present. It was especially nice to hear that you are content with the care your loved one receives and we will be sure to pass this to the staff team. Kind regards, Operations Manager.
Many thanks for taking the time to share your comments regarding Immacolata House. Unfortunately, we do not deem it safe for our staff to wear name badges, as we feel they could potentially cause harm to residents during moving and handling. We feel that lanyards are a safer option. We have installed a photo board in the reception at Immacolata House, which has the photo, name and position of each person that works within the home. Once again thank you for your review of Immacolata House and your continued support of our home.
