There are always good numbers of staff on duty, all are kind and competent. This and a cheerful atmosphere reflect good management. A doctor is readily available. Residents' varied needs receive detailed attention. An imaginative programme of in-house entertainments and outings for more mobile residents is impressive. Outstanding domestic cleanliness and good cuisine.

Dad has been here for 10 months so far & really enjoys it. The staff are excellent & even though he choses to stay in his room everyone that walks by always says hello & asks if he's ok. He loves the food & eats everything. The room is cleaned daily

Mum has many needs but her care never appears to be too much. She is always clean and tidy. Her pain seems to be managed very well so she is comfortable. She loves the carers and is always happy to see them. She is encouraged to join activities but left to rest if she chooses. Information is communicated well and everyone is patient and kind.

Staff always greet me with a smile.

My mum has been a resident at Froxfield for almost 2 years. Over this time she has had brilliant care from the nurses & the carers, who have to cope with a huge demand on their time & attention. We felt welcome from Day 1: the reception & staff there are what makes this home so good compared to many others. Everyone - from management to cleaners & kitchen staff are friendly & so patient. The Wellbeing Team too have been great with mum. So glad we chose this home

Froxfield staff and managers have always been very caring and attentive to my mother, monitoring her every day and night gives me reassurance that she is being cared for and safe. She has only been at Froxfield for just over 2 months but it already feels like a family there. We have a smile from the receptionist every time we visit, and everyone is very helpful.

I have been very pleased with the care my Mother has received since she arrived at the Brandoncare Home, Froxfield. The kind, professional staff have helped her settle in and have encouraged her to socialise and join in with the enjoyable range of activities. My Mother has been well cared for by the attentive nursing staff who have been quick to respond to her needs. I would fully recommend the friendly care home with professional and attentive staff.

We couldn't be happier with Brendoncare. Our wonderful Dad/Grandpa was diagnosed with Alzheimers over a year ago and he was pretty poorly when he arrived at Brendoncare. Since then he has thrived with the tender, loving care he receives from all the wonderful carers. He never stops smiling and is always happy when we arrive. Thank you, you literally saved his life.

Her room is comfy, thought the wardrobe has a rather dilapidated air. Otherwise it is hard to know what more you could be doing to help her.

My husband was transferred from hospital to Brendoncare Froxfield as he had specified that he didn't want to pass away in hospital. I am so grateful to them for accepting him. Unfortunately, I had a particularly bad cold and I didn't want to take my germs into the home so I wasn't able to visit on the Friday night. The manager kept me informed about his condition on Friday and by Saturday morning, I received a call from the most amazing senior nurse who informed me that his condition had deteriorated significantly and that I needed to be there. My parents went in first as they were closer and I arrived shortly after. The whole team were absolutely fantastic during his last few hours, treating him and my family and me with dignity, respect and genuine kindness. My heartfelt thanks to the senior nurse, the manager and the team for making his passing pain-free and peaceful. Not only did they care for my husband, they looked after me and my family in the aftermath. Thank you all!

My wife is in the advanced stages of dementia yet still the lovely staff can still raise a smile from her. It is the best place for her.

I have to say that the support for my mother in law continues to be excellent. All the staff are fantastically enthusiastic - and great to see how this positively affects her. I really believe finding this great home when we did was a blessing!

A year ago, it became evident that our lovely mum, fiercely independent and determined never to leave her beautiful home, could no longer manage by herself. In our search for the 'perfect' home, we were recommended Brendoncare, Froxfield. The moment we walked in the door, we could imagine Mum there. The warm, friendly welcome we received from all the staff, the cheerful and relaxed atmosphere plus the clean, comfortable and well-equipped rooms all set in a peaceful and beautiful location, all helped with our decision. A year later, Mum is as settled as she could ever be, and we are impressed with the care and support received so far. Communication is good, managers and staff show compassion and respect, and the nursing care is very professional. The carers and nurses, endlessly empathetic, patient and kind, always have time for us. We also appreciate the camaraderie and sense of fun but, most importantly, Mum feels safe, loved and comfortable, and we believe she is in very good hands.

Five years ago, I visited Brendoncare Froxfield Care Home, I was very impressed with the kindness and patience of the staff. Since then, my husband has found himself in Froxfield. I could not be more pleased as he is very content as there are many he can react with as he is a people-person. He is very well looked after and there are many people coming and going which he loves. Also, he loves the delicious meals.

My wife has been resident in Brendoncare Froxfield since July 2022 and she has been very well looked after throughout this time. She has advanced dementia and is immobile so she requires full-time nursing care. All those who work at Brendoncare Froxfield are very kind and caring and I have been most impressed by them all and by the atmosphere in the care home.

My lovely mother had excellent, compassionate, professional and timely care. Both nursing and care staff are superb. Brendoncare, Froxfield, is very well managed and I would not hesitate to recommend this care home.

Always warmly greeted when I arrive, health and safety rules are always strictly observed. My friend's room always looks tidy. She is always dressed smartly. Staff are always happy.
