Outside, its courtyard-style garden features a pergola and separate sensory garden.
Healthy, nutritious and delicious food is provided daily, while snacks and drinks are always available. The catering team consults regularly with residents to ensure the menus meet all their dietary and cultural needs, as well as personal preferences.
A varied wellbeing programme for residents includes music and movement, seated exercises, painting and gardening. Rolo the resident therapy rabbit also hops in and out to keep everyone entertained!
Anyone who moves in to a Brendoncare home as a permanent resident is eligible for Care for Life. This is a charitable top up payment ensures that once welcomed into our home, we will not ask anyone to leave other than in exceptional circumstances.

My wife and I were very impressed when we visited last week. We had visited once before and were impressed then. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly and the home had a clean and bright aura. The decor was bright, homely and comfortable too. The staff were very helpful and caring....
Lunch had been booked for us by a relative and this was very good in every respect. A visitor was playing the piano in the room adjacent to the dining room and the other residents were being treated to a splendid recital. Brilliant!

When we first visited Brendoncare Froxfield we were struck by the love and personal care being given to each of the residents. It was not the cheapest residential care home that we visited nor the most luxurious. However, it was the one that we felt would care best for my mother's future care needs...
When we first visited Brendoncare Froxfield we were struck by the love and personal care being given to each of the residents. It was not the cheapest residential care home that we visited nor the most luxurious. However, it was the one that we felt would care best for my mother's future care needs as she suffers from vascular dementia. Some day in the future my mother may require more specialist support and Brendoncare Froxfield has a wing for this purpose. Meanwhile, my mother has her own private bedroom and bathroom and is able to enjoy walking around the beautiful central garden, as well as reading in the comfortable lounge. Recently, she suffered a mild stroke and the personal care and attention was second to none. We cannot recommend Brendoncare Froxfield more highly.

My mother spent the last three months of her life in the Brendoncare Froxfield home. I simply cannot fault the care and attention she was given during this time. Without exception, every member of staff seemed to have only the best interests at heart the whole time. They were also extremely warm and friendly towards my mother and myself (and I was a visitor most days). I am so grateful she spent the last few days of her life in their superb care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the home.

I am a registered nurse who trained at the medical academy in Bydgoszcz in Poland. Upon completion of my training, I worked in a hospital ward and then in a doctor’s surgery before returning to the hospital to work in the neurological ward. I moved to the UK in 2007 and joined the care team at a nursing home then worked as a support worker for people with learning disabilities. I started working as a nurse in a nursing home in 2010. In 2012, I joined Brendoncare Froxfield as a registered nurse, later becoming its Deputy Manager and then its Registered Manager in 2019.
