I've always received a welcoming atmosphere on arrival and departure, along with any necessary instructions. All staff are very courteous and attentive to their residents and visitors. The building and grounds are suitable and safe to allow exercise. I've witnessed care and support treated with dignity and kindness to all. (Value for money - I'm sorry I do not know the cost)
Many thanks for your kind review and positive words I will be sure to let the team know, as all feedback is so appreciated.
My first impression of the care centre was that it was purpose-built with the best of equipment for moving residents easily, my wife being unable to help herself. The staff have always been kind, considerate and unhurried. As a regular visitor, I receive as much consideration as do the residents. I give full marks to all who work and those who manage the centre.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review of your experience of the service provided at Kimberly East. It is so great to hear that you both feel very supported and your wife is happy and settled. I will be sure to let the team know. Thank you again.
Before entering the care home, his leg ulcer was so bad that the Consultant at the hospital advised his only option was amputation, but over the time he has been at Kimberley East the treatment that he has been given by the nursing staff has meant that the ulcer has improved and amputation is no longer needed. What a result.
My family can't thank the staff enough and hope that Dad is able to spend the remainder of his days in this safe, comfortable home from home.
Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback, it is always so empowering for all at Wessex Care to receive such fantastic feedback. Thank you again for taking the time to complete this review of your experience of Kimberly East and Wessex Care. I will be sure to let the team know of your review.
Recently my sister passed away in Kimberly East Care Centre after a five-month stay. Whilst she was there the whole staff from the top all the way down were absolutely great with her care and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and at all times anything that I was not sure of was explained to me. Unfortunately, because of my sister's illness, I don't think she fully appreciated her stay in the home. The home is modern and always spotlessly clean. They have all the equipment and willingness to make a resident's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible with entertainment on most afternoons. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in the unfortunate position of needing a place for a loved one. I thank all, and I mean all the staff for what they did for my sister.
Thank you so much for your kind words and can I express our condolences for the sad loss of your sister. Your wonderful review will surely empower the staff and make them proud of the care support provided. Thank you again.
I was looked after very well and attentively. The staff are very kind, friendly and polite.
Many thanks for your kind words and feedback for the care and support you received. I will be sure to let the team at Kimberly East know as positive feedback is always so empowering.
Kimberly East has been absolutely amazing. My mum came to Kimberly East from the hospital as she was not quite fit enough to come home due to her Alzheimer's. The staff were so welcoming and looked after my mum beautifully. She is so much stronger now and is really happy in her daily routine. Our family cannot thank them enough. They really do care which is so comforting at such an emotional time.
Many thanks for completing your review it is always such a compliment to the team and service when time is taken to leave feedback and positive words about the service and care provided. We are so glad that your mother has settled well and that as a family you are so happy with the care and support she has been receiving. I will be sure to let the team know they will be delighted with your feedback.
All staff are willing to help - polite and courteous.

The staff are very helpful, caring and do a brilliant job. Nothing is a bother for any of the staff. The rooms are kept clean and tidy and the general décor of the whole building is lovely. I know my dad is well cared for.
Many thanks for taking the time to leave a lovely positive review, it is always empowering for the teams to receive positive feedback. I will be sure to let them know.
My sister has been in the care home for over two years now. She found it difficult to settle in, but after a short spell in hospital she couldn't wait to get 'home'. The staff are always friendly and helpful and at her age (87) that is important. We as her family appreciate the care given to her.
Many thanks for taking the time in sending your review, we will be sure to let the team know you kind words. The staff always welcome positive feedback.
My mother has been very well cared for, her dietary preferences are catered to and she has established cheerful and chatty relationships with many of the staff. After a very scary diagnosis and a period in hospital, the friendly and home-like atmosphere has been appreciated by her and by me.
Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a review of the service provided to your mother at Kimberly East. I will be sure to let the team know, as it always empowers our staff at Wessex Care that the care and support provided has received such lovely feedback.
My mum suffered from dementia for a very long time. The team at Wessex Care looked after her beautifully, I couldn't have asked for any more from them. They really do care and I can't thank them enough!
Many thanks for you review and positive feedback on the care and support your mother has been shown whilst living at Kimberly East. I will be sure to let the team know and thank you for taking the time. It was a pleasure for all to care for your mother.
My mother was admitted from the hospital following a stay in the hospital. She was not fit enough to go home, so initially, stayed in for an assessment. Her room is spotless, and the staff encourage her to eat and drink as she has a very poor appetite. They are very attentive and are quick to change bedding if soiled after she has eaten, so she is kept clean. Can't comment on the full menu or management, but it would appear to be satisfactory
Thank you once again.
My mum was very happy here and said she always felt safe and very well cared for. When I visited her, I always found the staff friendly and kind and always willing to help with any questions.
Many thanks for taking the time to review the care, support and service for your mother at Kimberly East. We are always very grateful to receive positive feedback and will ensure the team are informed of your kind words.
Kimberly East did the very best to support my mother in very difficult working circumstances (common to the whole care sector and complicated further by the pandemic). The staff were always kind, caring and respectful of her needs and wishes.
Thank you so much for your kind review of the care and service provided by the team at Kimberly East. I will be sure to inform the team of your empowering words. It is always appreciated. I know they will value your feedback.
If I needed care, I would certainly hope to stay at Kimberly East Care Centre. A pleasure to go into the home for visiting, everyone is helpful and caring.

I sometimes have difficulty going to visit due to my own health, but they were thoughtful enough to send me email pictures. It made such a difference. Thank you!
My mum was discharged into here from an unexpected admission to hospital. From the outset, the team at Kimberley East went out of their way to make sure Mum was cared for in a sensitive and kind way. They also supported me through a very stressful time and I am indebted to the team here. Mum was at Kimberley East for a total of 3 months before I was able to move her into a care home near us. Were it not for the geography involved, I would have been very happy for Mum to stay at Kimberley East - a home from home with a team that really cares.
Thank you for your kind words and feedback on the care and service provided at Kimberly East, it is always so nice and uplifting for the whole team to receive such positive words. I will ensure the team are aware of your review, thanks again for taking the time to complete.
My mother's care has been excellent. They have been super responsive to all her needs and keep us informed of her situation every step of the way. They are all extremely friendly and helpful and the family could not have wished for better care for her.
Always welcomed by staff. Very friendly and caring.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review of the care and service provided to your loved one whilst living in Kimberly East Care Centre. We welcome all feedback and I am so sure the team will be so happy with your positive comments.
One complaint, one member of the night staff is not very caring and rather rough handling.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review, as a company we always value positive and constructive feedback. In relation to the comment of the night carer and information clearly communicated to you, we will take the time to gain feedback from your husband to ensure any issues are dealt...
