Thank you for your kind review. We are very sorry that you were disappointed with the in-house activities available for your husband. As you will be aware, there are external entertainers who continue to visit Little Manor on roughly a weekly basis but, unfortunately, we had, at short notice, an internal vacancy for the dedicated Welfare Assistant position which supports the more individual programme. This has been covered in part by some Healthcare Assistants doing additional hours - a big thank you to them. We have now appointed a new Welfare/Activities Assistant who is currently in training and expected to arrive at Little Manor in a week or so.
