At the end of November, the family were at their wit's end. Miranda House was amazing. They saw us within less than an hour of our phone call. The staff (everyone) have been amazing. We were reassured and nothing seemed too much trouble. My mother in law had never been parted from her husband (66 years married) but she knows he is getting the best care and he is safe, well and happy. The people are so so kind and it's a pleasure to visit the home.
All staff are mostly friendly and they can't do enough for mum. The home is very clean, safe and tidy for all the patients. I can't thank the staff enough for their dedication and care that they show.

I have mainly worked with dementia residents during my time in the sector. I enjoy the aspect of moving homes forward with the team to ensure that our residents have a meaningful and safe environment to live in. I believe it is important to make sure that relatives are also part of that journey.
