The nurses are highly professional and willing to listen to any concerns with kindness, patience
All the care staff have been delightful, always with a ready smile and eagerness to assist if needed. They really try hard to get to know what my father likes and doesn't like, which makes us feel happier that they really do care. My father is always clean and dressed every day.
The activity ladies always try and include my father where possible and the chefs and cooks provide a variety of nice home cooked food. The maintenance team have been quick to respond too when my father's T.V. didn't work. Everyone has been attentive.
Compared to other care facilities we have had loved ones in, none have compared to the excellent care provided for my father by Kings Court.
Mum doesn't always want to participate in activities but the staff encourage her to do so, when she does she always enjoys her self.

Hello, my name is Orsolya (Ursula) and I am a proud NMC registrant as a Registered General Nurse and the Manager of Kings Court Care Centre.
I began my clinical career in my home country Romania in 2010 where I volunteered as a Paramedic for SMURD, an emergency care service. I qualified as a Nurse in 2012 and then moved- to the UK in 2013. I began my career in the health and social care industry in the UK as a member of the housekeeping team and then I moved into a Health Care Assistant role. I soon progressed into a Senior Care Assistant role in 2019 while I was working towards my NMC registration and I was delighted to earn my PIN number in 2020.
My first role as a RGN was during the height of the coronavirus pandemic which was challenging both physically and mentally but incredibly rewarding and resulted in my promotion to Clinical Lead.
A career highlight is my receipt of the Social Care Nurse Award; South West Regional British Care Awards 2020.
My journey with MMCG began in August 2021 and I moved into the Deputy Manager role in May 2022.
It is my goal to be a positive inspiration and influence for people who live, work, and visit our home. I want to be a leader and Nurse who ensures that it is of paramount importance that the care centre is the service user's home and the team I work with put this into everything we do to provide quality care and support and feel like together we are a family.
I come from a small island in the northern Aegean Sea in Greece, where the values of warmth, generosity, and community are part of everyday life. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve worked my way up from a waiter to managing respected 4-star hotels and high-end restaurants. This journey has taught me that true hospitality is not just about service—it’s about creating memorable experiences and making people feel genuinely welcome.
I believe the hospitality industry is often undervalued, yet it plays a vital role in bringing people together. For me, hospitality is a way of life. You must love what you do to truly succeed, and I bring that passion into every aspect of my work. Whether it’s leading a team or greeting a guest, I’m committed to delivering excellence with heart.
