After a long time of caring for my relative and worrying about their welfare I can finally relax knowing that they are safe and secure at Hodge Hill Grange. The staff are welcoming, caring and professional. The communication is fantastic from staff and I am always up to date with what is happening with my relative. I really appreciate the high standards of care that they provide.

My auntie Shirley is well looked after at this home, we love coming to visit her and seeing her so happy, the staff are very polite and welcoming, very interactive with my son Arlo who adores them as much as they adore him.

The staff are great. My Dad can be challenging even before his dementia, but the team at Hodge Hill have been great in brining him out of his shell so he has some motivation to keep him bright, while still respecting his desire for his own company sometimes.
The activities are fun and engaging, but have also helped Dad regain and maintain his motor control, control over his own body, and keep in healthy and happy (when he feels like being happy!)
He had long standing medical problems (a bad leg) which they have very successfully stabilised for the first time in years.
They also helped me through the difficult transition to the home, and help with the fact that it is very difficult for me to visit in person because of the distance and my own disability. They accomodate me and keep me in touch with Dad, who I miss a great deal.

The food is amazing high quality too. Always lovely fresh looking meals.

Forever thankful to the staff at Hodge Hill grange for the level of care they gave to my nan. Nothing was too much and nan would always comment how happy she was and how spoilt she felt with all the cakes, treats and meals. I will forever be grateful to the staff for making her happy in her final months thank you

Well, what can I say, absolutely amazing staff that have catered for all mums' needs where needed. Also, always offer my mum plenty of activities, which have made my mum smile again since losing Dad a year ago. Basically, since mum arrived in March, all the staff have done everything to make mum feel comfortable and settled, many thanks.

Dad has been a resident here for just over a year and he has settled very well into the daily life here. He has been treated with kindness and compassion at all times and the staff are always available to answer any questions and concerns. A full range of activities are always available and Dad has enjoyed taking part.

I would recommend Hodge Hill Grange to anyone considering a care home placement.

Mum is settled and happy at Hodgehill Care Home. Everyone shows mum compassion and care. I'm always well informed if mum is unwell and appropriately seen to by a doctor. Hodgehill is very clean all the time. The decorations and activities make this a real home. Thank you for decorating the room for us to celebrate mum's 90th birthday.

I am always impressed with the cleanliness and friendly greetings which we receive when visiting. The decor is clean and bright and it is exceptional when special events occur e.g. Easter and Christmas as some of the staff go the extra mile with decorations - very impressive! We also know that the food is good as the person we visit only has good things to say. I really like the relaxed atmosphere.

I viewed about 12 care homes and Hodge Hill Grange was everything my dad needed.

Small, friendly, ensuite. We have not been disappointed by our choice, we know my dad is safe and being cared for, pampering to all his needs (and trust me we know he can be difficult). Dad's only been there for a month but genuinely we can't thank them all enough.

My mom moved into Hill Grange after being in another care home. We moved Mom due to Mom having to share a room in her previous home.

Hodge Hill Grange has been the best thing we did for Mom. The staff are all wonderful for Mom. The staff are all wonderful from reception to cleaners. I would like to say a special thank you to one staff member who is absolutely brilliant with all of the residents. The manager is a good lead.

My mother was assessed and referred to this care home and moved in on the 1st of December 2023. Since my mother has onset Alzheimer's the care she has received is excellent. They have made her welcome loved and cared for and her quality of life has improved so much. I am a trustee of a charity and know what residents should expect in terms of quality of care. Since my mother moved the change in her has been very good. The care assistants have provided care that is compassionate and caring is very pleasing to see. I would like to say a big thank you to the manager and staff for the improvements in my mother's mental and physical health enormously. On that positive note, I know now that she is in good hands. Thank you once again.
