My mom moved here almost 4 weeks ago. I cannot believe the difference the care here has made. Staff are all so caring, kind and just so friendly. They are always smiling and I think this has made such a difference to my mum's quality of life. She arrived with 3 weeks to live. 4 weeks later, she smiles, chats and can walk a little. This place is amazing! The food is incredible too.

My brother has been a resident since August 2018 and I have been very satisfied with all aspects of his care. This was reinforced this week when I personally received excellent care from ALL grades of staff when I was taken ill on my way out of the home.

Arrangements were made for me to be taken to the A & E at the hospital. When I returned, the care to me continued. A friend who was with me was most impressed.

I wish to say that I was very fortunate to obtain a room for my late loving wife at the Neville Williams House the management team were excellent and the care staff wonderful and always so helpful. The standards at the Neville Williams house beyond reproach and in the evening my wife slipped peacefully away. The evening nurses and carers were so kind dealing with my dear wife and myself this will never be forgotten. When I used to leave my dear wife in her bed I did think was she being looked after at night well after being looked after by evening staff all I can say that I should have never worried. Wonderful.

Many thanks to a wonderful home.

The moment I walked through the doors of Neville Williams I knew it was where we would want Mum to live. During her four and a half years there, they treated Mum like she was their own family.

I always knew she was in good hands, allowed me to go on holiday with peace of mind knowing she was well cared for. Many times I would stop off to see Mum at random times, maybe even on my way home after a night out...they were always 100% welcoming of my visits regardless of the time of day. I came to think of all the staff as an extension of my family and always will do. These people go above and beyond and for this, I thank them all for making Mum's last four and a half years of her life so happy and knowing she was loved and cared for.

Neville Williams House simply can't be bettered. Complete care package meant mum was happy and relaxed throughout her time there. Every single member of staff ensured a jolly happy mum whose visitors and family were welcomed no matter when they called.

It has a garden, a petting farm and a pub and open arms to all. Highly recommended - in fact I don't think you'll find better anywhere.

Has a welcoming feel. The staff are genuinely caring and thoughtful. A good effort is made at meal times and the food well presented.

I would like to see Mum making more use of the wonderful garden and out walking each day in the fresh air. It's great to have the pub to sit with Mum and have a private space.

We recently had to make the difficult decision to place Mum into residential care. An awful dilemma for many families. Mum is 88 and has dementia and sight loss.
When we heard of the wonderful work that Neville Williams House are doing in the care of dementia patients it made our decision a lot easier. All the staff from management to domestic staff are exceptionally kind and compassionate. What a tremendous relief to know that our beloved Mum is being cared for by kind hands.
The complex is immaculate. The rooms are spotless and being allowed to bring in Mum's personal belongings made it a familiar comfort zone for her to enter.
We have been overwhelmed by the ethos behind the care. A petting farm, a sweet shop, hair salon ... endless activities and now the addition of a functioning bar!!!

We have wept a million tears during the past few months. Like many families, we were overcome with guilt and sadness. The staff have given us the opportunity to smile again. Thank you!

My father is currently in care with you and I have always been pleased with both the level of care and the openness of the carers to be able to discuss his condition and what is best for him.

Thank you for doing a professional job in difficult circumstances.
