My husband has been looked after very well by all the hardworking staff in Richmond Court Nursing Home. He is very safe and the care staff do everything to ensure he is well-fed and happy. He takes part in activities and seems to enjoy them.

Staff are very caring always welcoming to visitors, very efficient, and always call me if there is anything I need to know. Mom has been here for over 2 years and is well cared for and is in good health.

The staff were caring towards me on my visit, as was the care for my mother. Everything was clean although dated, the only thing I would say would be a TV/Radio in the room as when the door is closed it seems very isolated.

Thank you for your review. When the residents are admitted to the home they can either have a tv or radio. If a tv or radio is not available, the family are welcome to bring in their own tv or radio. The activities coordinator also carries out one to one activities every day and families are also able to have skype/video calls.

We cannot recommend Richmond Court enough since my aunt has been there she has come on leaps and bounds from her previous bad experience at a independent living facility, all the staff that work there are wonderful, and take their time to make sure everyone is treated with the upper most respect and
dignity. We constantly receive photos or videos or video calls on a regular basis of the fun and interactive activities that all the residents are enjoying themselves you can see the wonderful smiles on everyone's faces.
With communication, there has never been an issue between ourselves and Richmond Court the phone is always answered within a few rings or we can contact them via WhatsApp or Facebook as well.
