Overall good.
Sometimes no interaction with residents, sat apart in the lounge, which makes it difficult to talk to each other.
Residents need to be out in the fresh air now weather is nice, too much sitting inside.

I had no previous experience of other homes. My wife has been here for just over 3 months, where she has had 2 visitors every day.
The staff are very friendly to us all, especially my wife.
After having several weeks in hospital it has been a great relief that my wife is now being cared for.

Mom has always been happy here.
Carers are always friendly.
I think Mom has missed getting around in her wheelchair since she broke her finger. I understand she has received a new safer one, but I don't think she's been in it yet.

My initial contact with the receptionist, she was an excellent confidant. My dad was to be admitted and I was exhausted. She eliminated all my woes and made me feel important and cared for. Then on admission, everything was dealt with respectfully and professionally. His needs were collated and put
in place swiftly. Communication was and still is exceptional. I feel my father is in good hands and I can now relax. Thank you!

The staff at Warrens Hall Care Home were friendly, caring and compassionate, always had time to talk to you and relay any information they had. My dad was only in the home for two weeks but the care he received was second to none.

Overall good, staff friendly and approachable. Rooms could be laid out better. I think residents should be encouraged to stay in the lounge longer in the afternoon rather than going to bed. Activities great.

The staff are amazing, the care provided to Nan as well as to us during her short stay was exceptional. Nan certainly died with dignity. We cannot be more grateful to all the staff in Warrens Hall for their care and compassion.

After a traumatic admission in hospital the staff have nursed my mom back to full health.
The staff make sure that every resident is well cared for, my mom feels very happy and content.
And the food is fabulous.

My father was in the care of Warrens Hall Care Home for six months before he passed away. The care he received during his time here was second to none. The staff were kind, caring and understanding to his needs and mood swings (as some days he was a pain). Not only did they look after my dad but also
myself and my mum. Nothing was too much of a problem for them and they always checked on us or brought us a drink and food, especially towards the end when we spent longer there.
The nurses were amazing and made sure Dad was comfortable.
I couldn’t have asked for better care for my dad. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A comfortable, friendly place. All the staff were helpful and did everything to make you feel at ease. Good choice of food and varieties. No activities that were included during the stay - but that could be because it was only two weeks.
