My father is in the best hands living at Warrens Hall. He is really happy which make all his family happy. Today we have had tea and cake in the courtyard organised by the Wellbeing Advisors and it was amazing. All the time and effort they both put in really keeps my dad entertained. They're a credit to your company. All the staff are brilliant and treat my dad with the respect he deserves. All in all, 5 stars goes to all staff!

My friend has been a resident of Warrens Hall for three years. My observation was of friendly caring staff making relationships with the residents. Before lockdown there were a variety of activities and visiting entertainers. I only heard positive comments about the food. The location has very attractive views over countryside to the rear of the car park. The interior is spacious clean and welcoming.

I have found the staff very helpful, especially during the lockdown. I phoned every day to see how my mom was and they always took the time to speak to me.

Mom is well looked after.
She is cared for twenty-four hours a day, nothing is too much trouble for staff.
Mom is 100% safe.
Puts ours and family feelings first where Mom is concerned.

Only been in the home for 2 weeks and this has been spent in isolation due to the coronavirus, however, the staff and home have all been fantastic and supportive, nothing is too much trouble, extremely attentive and friendly. The food has been varied and enjoyable, very fresh. I cannot fault the home and staff.

Warrens Hall is a lovely home, friendly, helpful staff. Mum, unfortunately, passed away here but I'm glad that the home was so nice that at least she passed away so peacefully and cared for.

The level of care, consideration, empathy, helpfulness and friendliness of ALL staff is remarkable.

We have seen my aunt improve and settle in at the home, we feel it was brought about by the high level of care given to her, especially during Covid.

During the time my mother was at Warrens Hall (12 months), she was very well cared for. We were able to interact with everyone on an equal level. The management always sought ways to provide for my mothers complex needs. The staff showed great care and empathy for my mother, but also for ourselves in our weekly visits.

My mother was a resident from May 2018 up to the time she passed away on Sunday 5th January 2020. During her stay, she received first-class care from the nurses/carers and all members of staff associated with the care home. The last few weeks of her life her health deteriorated, however, all staff were excellent and extremely supportive and went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable until she passed away.

The family would like to thank everyone at the home for all their help and support.

Warrens Hall gave my Mum the care and dignity second to none. Staff are amazing. As a family, they gave us the peace of mind that Mum had first-class care and love, which she deserved in her last months of life. The activities for residents were great and ensured that they engaged with everyone. Thank you.

Sometimes pads are not changed when necessary.

Reply from Claire Hurworth, Care Line Manager at Warrens Hall Care Home

Thank you for your feedback and for meeting with me on 12 July. I understand from our meeting that the issues regarding pads not being changed when necessary had only happened on one occasion last month. Again I apologise for the distress caused to you and your husband and reiterate that it will not happen again.

My father has been in Warrens Hall Nursing Home nearly 10 years. The staff are friendly and he has made this his home. After losing my Mom in 2016, it was reassuring to know he was in safe hands and the pressure was taken off me while dealing with a young family.

We would like to thank management and staff in the care that they provide for our Mum. It was an extremely traumatic time for us when your loved one needs to go into a nursing home.

Warrens Hall has made this so much easier. Mum has the best care emotionally and physically. Staff are attentive to her every need. They are compassionate, fun and treat her with dignity. They are part of the family. As a family, we are eternally in your debt. As we have told you, we feel we have won the lottery in Mum being able to stay at Warrens Hall.
