A comfortable, friendly place. All the staff were helpful and did everything to make you feel at ease. Good choice of food and varieties. No activities that were included during the stay - but that could be because it was only two weeks.

Warrens Hall is very good, my stay here has been lovely and I have been very happy. Being able to socialise and make friends has made my stay even better. When I first came to the home I was unwell and very anxious, however, my stay here and the care I have received has been excellent and enabled me

Staff are very helpful when speaking with them and they will direct me to the right department needed. The care staff are very good with my mam. The bedroom wall's paintwork is in need of redecoration.

My father is in the best hands living at Warrens Hall. He is really happy which make all his family happy. Today we have had tea and cake in the courtyard organised by the Wellbeing Advisors and it was amazing. All the time and effort they both put in really keeps my dad entertained. They're a credit
to your company. All the staff are brilliant and treat my dad with the respect he deserves. All in all, 5 stars goes to all staff!

My friend has been a resident of Warrens Hall for three years. My observation was of friendly caring staff making relationships with the residents. Before lockdown there were a variety of activities and visiting entertainers. I only heard positive comments about the food. The location has very attractive
views over countryside to the rear of the car park. The interior is spacious clean and welcoming.

Mom moved here in March after a long hospital stay although mom took a while to settle staff assure us that she is happy. She joins in activities on offer and are always happy (within guidelines) for family to visit. Mom loves all the people who help care for her.

Mom is well looked after.
She is cared for twenty-four hours a day, nothing is too much trouble for staff.
Mom is 100% safe.
Puts ours and family feelings first where Mom is concerned.

Only been in the home for 2 weeks and this has been spent in isolation due to the coronavirus, however, the staff and home have all been fantastic and supportive, nothing is too much trouble, extremely attentive and friendly. The food has been varied and enjoyable, very fresh. I cannot fault the home

It is reassuring and comforting to know that my father is being cared for so well and so competently. My father loves it here! The staff have always been accommodating and open. Any questions we had regarding my father's care were answered openly, promptly and honestly.

The level of care, consideration, empathy, helpfulness and friendliness of ALL staff is remarkable.
We have seen my aunt improve and settle in at the home, we feel it was brought about by the high level of care given to her, especially during Covid.
