Mom has always been happy here.
Carers are always friendly.

I think Mom has missed getting around in her wheelchair since she broke her finger. I understand she has received a new safer one, but I don't think she's been in it yet.

Reply from Lavinia Tudora, Clinical lead at Warrens Hall Care Home

Thank you for your kind words-we truly appreciate your feedback and will ensure to pass it on to the team. Your mother sits out most days and seems to enjoy it.Should you wish to discuss any aspects of your mother's care, please do not hesitate to come and see me .

My initial contact with the receptionist, she was an excellent confidant. My dad was to be admitted and I was exhausted. She eliminated all my woes and made me feel important and cared for. Then on admission, everything was dealt with respectfully and professionally. His needs were collated and put in place swiftly. Communication was and still is exceptional. I feel my father is in good hands and I can now relax. Thank you!

The staff at Warrens Hall Care Home were friendly, caring and compassionate, always had time to talk to you and relay any information they had. My dad was only in the home for two weeks but the care he received was second to none.

Overall good, staff friendly and approachable. Rooms could be laid out better. I think residents should be encouraged to stay in the lounge longer in the afternoon rather than going to bed. Activities great.

The staff are amazing, the care provided to Nan as well as to us during her short stay was exceptional. Nan certainly died with dignity. We cannot be more grateful to all the staff in Warrens Hall for their care and compassion.

My father was in the care of Warrens Hall Care Home for six months before he passed away. The care he received during his time here was second to none. The staff were kind, caring and understanding to his needs and mood swings (as some days he was a pain). Not only did they look after my dad but also myself and my mum. Nothing was too much of a problem for them and they always checked on us or brought us a drink and food, especially towards the end when we spent longer there.
The nurses were amazing and made sure Dad was comfortable.

I couldn’t have asked for better care for my dad. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We have peace of mind that our dad is in safe hands and gets the care and attention he needs. Thank you so much for everything you do for him.

A comfortable, friendly place. All the staff were helpful and did everything to make you feel at ease. Good choice of food and varieties. No activities that were included during the stay - but that could be because it was only two weeks.

Warrens Hall is very good, my stay here has been lovely and I have been very happy. Being able to socialise and make friends has made my stay even better. When I first came to the home I was unwell and very anxious, however, my stay here and the care I have received has been excellent and enabled me to go home independently. A massive thank you to everyone.

Staff are very helpful when speaking with them and they will direct me to the right department needed. The care staff are very good with my mam. The bedroom wall's paintwork is in need of redecoration.

Reply from Julie Caygill, Hospital Liaison Team Administrator at Warrens Hall Care Home

Thank you for your review and kind words. The home is having a refurbishment at the end of January 2022, however, in the meantime, we have a new Maintenance Operative in post and he has already made a start on the residents’ bedrooms. We hope that you will see an improvement over the coming months.
