Warrens Hall Care Home, situated in a pretty residential area in Tividale, close to Dudley, provides personalised nursing care to older people.

Every member of the team at Warrens Hall, from the home manager to the kitchen team, is on hand to offer residents the highest quality support. My experience couldn't be better, I feel like I'm treated like royalty.
The staff have quickly become extended family and nothing is too much trouble.

It's the happiest and most settled my granddad has been in a very long time and we know he is in safe hands. Which is a great comfort to us. He struggles with his eating and if left unsupervised would not eat but the staff are fantastic in ensuring my granddad has the right foods, that he can manage
and ensure he is well nourished.

Grandad is the happiest I've seen him in a long time. He is so looked after and everyone is amazing with him.
He struggles with his eating and everyone go out of their way to assist him so he doesn't feel out of place.
The home is run brilliantly.

My 93 yr old mother received respite care here from September 2016 to January 2017. I have to say, and I speak for my brother and sister, that the care which our mother received here was second to none! We chose Warrens Hall because of the excellent reviews and when we came for an initial visit, we
found the manager and her team to be very friendly.
Over the 4 months my mother was here, her physical and mental state improved dramatically, making new friends with staff and residents. She was treated with kindness, dignity and understanding which is very evident in the ethos of the place when you walk into it. This is of great credit to the management who have an open door policy and are very approachable. My mum also joined in the activities and loved getting her hair washed and set every week.


I have to say they we are very impressed with the professionalism of all the management, qualified nurses and carers.


My mum is now back home in her assisted living apartment and is doing well. Thankyou!

My mother has been in Warrens Hall for 10 weeks after a spell in hospital. It is the best of 6 care homes we visited prior to admission. Our decision to choose Warrens Hall was an excellent one. The home is caring, friendly and warm hearted. Staff are experienced and do a wonderful job. The home is
clean and tidy. Mother's room is spacious and well equipped.

My husband was a resident for 1 week of respite care. He was well cared for, with special reference to his diet which was gluten free, he did, however, find it to be rather bland. The staff without exception were kind and friendly. He was pleased to see the physiotherapist after the first few days.
His clothes were kept clean and tidy. This was the first time he has been anywhere for respite care so I was pleased that he coped well.

My mother was taken from Russell Hall Hospital Dudley on 'end of life' care after leaving Himley Mill nursing home following respite of 13 days. She was diagnosed with kidney failure, chest infection, loss of significant amount of weight and was diagnosed 'Palliative' care. The staff at Warrens Hall
have worked very hard and my mother has now returned to health and is no longer on 'end of life' care and is planning to come home to live with us. The home is first class, the care is excellent, nurses efficient and management are more than helpful. They have become like an extended family. Without question, I would only ever consider my mother respite care at Warrens Hall for any future dates. Thank you for helping mom back to life.

My wife was in care from June 2015 until the 9th November when she died, the care she received from everyone was first class, I cannot fault it. The staff went out of their way to make her last days happy and comfortable. I and my family will always be grateful for the time she spent there and I visit
the home from time to time and am always made very welcome.

The staff are so kind and always happy its a pleasure to know all of them. They are gentle with my husband and make sure he is always kept clean and tidy. I feel lucky that he is able to be in this home. He loves his food and is good at eating all of it. I thank everyone for all the help given to him.
That help gives me some peace of mind.

Excellent nursing care. My mother has two courses of antibiotics and was unwell. Again the nursing and care she received was first class. The staff are so dedicated totally amazing.
