My mother-in-law can be, due to her dementia a very difficult and at times aggressive lady, and she has received very kind and caring handling of every situation. The unit manager is aware of the needs of all the residents and is always available to discuss any concerns. I have always been made to feel very welcome when I visit and the staff are always there for me as well as mom. I am more than happy with the care mom receives.
