Faultless care and attention in every respect. Nothing is too much trouble, gold stars all round. The food was catered for my personal needs. With respect to the cleanliness of everything in the room, that again was faultless.

I needed somebody to check that I can manage by myself. This was performed exactly as required at Brockhampton. Also, the staff took a healthy interest in everyone who visited me. This was a brilliant approach. The catering was fabulous as well.

She was admitted as an emergency after a fall and unable to cope at her house on her own.

The staff were very kind and helpful and I shall always remember how grateful my sister and I were with the care she was given. She later died.

My sister went into Brockhampton for palliative care. This home, surrounded by countryside was perfect. I took her out daily in the wheelchair, she enjoyed this. Carers at the home were first class, all the staff made her stay a joy. Food was excellent and we as a family were also spoiled and made welcome. At the end of her life, the warm, dignified way she was nursed was as good as it could have been. Thank you!!!

This nursing home is excellent if you are mobile and can get in and out of bed and use the toilet without support.

If you do not fall into this category but are bedridden permanently, this is also an effective service.

If you are in between the two options this care home will struggle to meet your needs effectively.

I visit my Mother in Law in Brockhampton 2 or 3 times a week and have only praise and admiration for the staff that work there. You are always made welcome and invited to participate in the activities for the day. The food smells and tastes so lovely with a continuous change to the menu.

The care of the staff for clients is brilliant, always plenty of staff around. The clients always look well groomed, ie. their hair is done, they have clean clothes.
The clients are always alert and have something to do. The interaction with staff is lovely, always by name.
The matron is a super lady, very kind and caring and also looks after her staff.

They are always pleased to see her. Since my son has been with them, he is cheerful and likes being there.

The team at Brockhampton are just wonderful, I have seen them provide kind and generous care to my grandfather in law and they have always given my husband, son and I the warmest of welcomes and our dog too occasionally.

Who wouldn't want their loved ones looked after in here. It is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. All staff are very professional, kind and most caring. My husband could not be in better hands. Everyone should be entitled to this level of care. The home and staff are amazing, always smiling and cheerful. It's like one big happy family!

Matron came in on a Sunday to meet us and show us around. We were all very happy and knew this is where we wanted our Grandma to be.
She left the hospital on the Thursday to come here.
We are all very happy and can see our Grandma is being well cared for.
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Our Grandma is always clean and looks happy.

After just one visit to Brockhampton Court, we knew as a family that it was the right place for Mum.
She arrived from hospital four days later.
Everyone has been so very kind and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. It feels like one big happy family. The building and its surroundings are stunning, the standard of care is superb. There is always something going on to entertain the residents.

My Mum has settled in quickly. We wanted to care for her as a family. This was not to be. We did our best, we found the best home - Brockhamption!

My wife left hospital after suffering a severe stroke, requiring 24 hour nursing and 'PEG' feeding.

Her subsequent treatment at Brockhampton Court was excellent in everyway.

Review from Jane R (Friend of Resident) published on 10 March 2017 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

When I visit about every three weeks, the staff are always welcoming. My friend is always clean and cared for in a way that suits her individual needs. She considers it a home from home. Her room is clean and fresh with some of her own furniture in which makes such a difference to her attitude about needing care. Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff to do or find out about. She enjoys the home cooked food and the choice available. All in all a good place to be if you can't stay at home.
